We offer comfortable mattresses, luxurious pillows and upgraded Egyptian cotton sheets. The queen and full-bedrooms have no tv so as to encourage rest for children. The office has books for children, toys and a desk. Game nights are perfect here so there are plenty in the kitchen nook area from which to choose!



Enjoy your morning coffee in the luxurious screened in porch before grilling out for lunch and enjoying the 20x20 flagstone patio. Your kitchen is equipped with all the essentials as well as many premium amenities for all the bakers and chefs so you can whip up a meal, bake a cake, or grill a steak to share. There are even S'more skewers as what is a firepit without them?



During your stay, the entire home is yours to enjoy. It is best for solo adventurers, couples, families, and small groups of friends or contractors. There is ample room for small groups and families in the back yard space. NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED without prior approval. House entertainment is only for the 8-10 guests who are registered to stay on the property. IF you wish to entertain for a birthday party on occasion and have more guests, please get prior permission from us. We live nearby and understand life happens while traveling so will accommodate reasonable requests.



PETS ARE WELCOME with host approval, payment of pet deposit that goes to the cleaner for extra cleaning costs, and acknowledgment of pet rules at the time of booking. There is a fenced in back yard as well. We do ask that pets are kept off of all furniture in the house, especially the beds. There is an outdoor dog house in the yard and you're encouraged to bring your own dog bed. The floors are mostly hardwood or tile so this will give your pet the most comfort without risking them jumping on the furniture.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the 4 parking spaces available in the driveway. You will also have access to the front porch, back porch and yard.



Other Things to Note:

This neighborhood is full of families so please keep your eyes peeled for children at play, golf carts, and bicycles and observe posted speed limits.



The house is treated for pests seasonally, and sometimes more.



Trash runs on Monday and Thursday. Trash bins should be between the driveway and the mailbox for pickup.

For Direct Bookings (or Guests booking outside of AirBnB and VRBO):

1) To confirm your reservation, a guest verification process and signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in. This is a standard security measure to protect both guests and the property. Details will be provided after booking.

2) A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival and will be returned after checkout, pending inspection.



Interaction with Guests:

Please contact us if you have any concerns. We typically respond within the hour. We live nearby so if anything breaks or needs to be replaced we can typically have it done within an hour. If we can't we hire it out ASAP. We are the owners so you deal directly with us versus a big company or property managers. We take pride in living local and promoting our town, home and local businesses.
