LONG TERM RENTAL. Newly renovated 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom luxury beach house on lovely St. Simon’s Island. Excellent location, 100 Yd walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to nearby dining, King and Prince resort + St. Simon's Elementary School and ~10 minutes walk to Kings Village. The house is designed and furnished for your comfort so that you can relax and enjoy your stay. Brand new appliances, new bedroom furniture, big screen TVs, and wired for the 21st century with several USB charging ports, high speed wireless internet, and premium cable TV. Large luxury kitchen and two large entertaining areas with a full bathroom (downstairs). All Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. Perfect backyard for entertaining and playing yard games, fenced in so that your little ones and furry friends stay within your reach (yes, we are pet friendly but please ensure you review the conditions). There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience to rinse off after the beach. Once you get here, you will not want to leave!

This house is in an ideal location on St. Simons Island. Excellent neighborhood and literally steps away from a quiet beach access as well as some outstanding restaurants, shops, and the island's only 5-star resort. Kings village is a short walk via historic island streets or the amazing Atlantic Ocean beachfront. It's the perfect place to bring your family for a memorable and comfortable vacation on St. Simons!
What makes this property unique
The property has been newly renovated inside and out in 2018. All appliances are state of the art. Large open spaces on the 1st floor make it perfect for entertaining and the plus sized bedrooms provide plenty of room for 2 families to rest and relax in paradise. The outdoor living spaces include a fenced in yard, back porch with a perfect set up for grilling and yard games, as well as a fabulous private outdoor shower!
