Seaside 17th century barn 12 pers

Pretty property from the 12th to the 17th century, renovated in the tradition, close, roof tile varengeville. Ideal location, quiet with beautiful views of cliffs, sea, garden and countryside. Warm wood decor, beams and stone walls throughout the house. The large living room and the dining room are opened on the garden by bay windows. A very spacious and comfortable dining room succeeds the well equipped American kitchen. Ground floor 1 shower room / wc with washing machine and dryer and 1 double bedroom. Upstairs, 4 bright bedrooms each with bathroom (bath) and separate toilet, and exceptional views of the sea (5 minutes walk), and gardens, with 2 of them, a double bed and a single bed, and for the other 2 a double bed each. all the necessary baby high chair, changing table etc.
possibility of renting bed linen € 15 a pair of sheets, towels € 10 kit, cleaning end of stay € 90.
DURING THE PERIOD OF JULY AND AUGUST THE RENTALS WILL BE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

animals are allowed on prior arrangement with the owner.

Herbsturlaub

Sehr nahe am Meer gelegen und sehr ruhig. Riesiger Strand, konnten Ende Oktober im Meer baden und lange Strandspaziergänge unternehmen (Tidenhub beachten!). Große Küche, in der wir für 12 Personen entspannt kochen konnten und eine große Tafel, was für uns immer wichtig ist. Kommunikation per Mail immer sehr zeitnah und verbindlich. Haus und Umgebung sehr empfehlenswert.

Ruhige Woche in Saint-Aubin sur mer

Wir haben das Haus zu sechst für eine sonnige Woche im Sommer bewohnt und sehr genossen. Vor allem die Nähe zum Strand und die ruhige, allerdings etwas abgelegene Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Eine schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Kommunikation war nur auf französisch, aber mit Google Translator hat alles gut geklappt. Danke Michel für den herzlichen Empfang 🤗 Das Haus ist hellhörig (es hat uns aber nicht gestört), in einem von 6 Schlafzimmer kann man das Fenster gar nicht öffnen, keine frische Luft ( für die Nacht kann man die Tür in den Flur geöffnet lassen). In dem anderen Zimmer geht's nur, wenn die Terassentür geöffnet bleibt ( deswegen bitte extra Bescheid sagen, damit die Tür geöffnet bleibt, sonst gibt es keine frische Luft ). Eine ruhige Lage, Sackgasse , 5 min zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Man darf am Strand mit den Hunden sein. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bäckerei 2.5 km, Lidl 10 km. Man kann Ausflüge machen, wir waren in Dieppe, La Havre, Etretat - hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Da gibt es auch sehr schöne Strände, falls jemand sich nach dem Ausflug abkühlen möchte 😊 Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Locaux parfaits, remarquablement équipés, bien situés, mais rez-de -chaussée impossible à aérer : les deux chambres n'ont aucune ouverture sur l'extérieur; seule la porte d'entrée peut être ouverte. C'est inacceptable. Terrain limité à une cour de graviers. Pour que le enfants puissent jouer, il faut garer les voitures à l'extérieur de l'enclos. Trop étriqué.

A quelques pas de la mer que l'on peut voir depuis l'étage du gîte. Grands volumes et bien équipé.

Très beau gîte bien équipé. Vue sur mer depuis l'étage. Pièce principale très vaste. Très calme pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis.

Très belle propriété, merveilleuse situation

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle grange aménagée avec goût et bien équipée. Chaque chambre ayant une salle de bain attenante, le confort est assuré pour un séjour en groupe ou en famille. Nous étions 10 personnes (dont 3 enfants) et 2 chiens, nous nous sommes tous sentis très à l'aise dans cette location. L'emplacement est idéal pour les amoureux du calme, de la nature et de la mer. L'accueil de Mme Michel a été très chaleureux et nous avons apprécié la mise en place d'un sapin de Noël avant notre arrivée. Nous gardons tous un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans ce gîte.

Un gîte dans lequel il ne manque de rien. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et toilettes et c'est un point essentiel lorsque nous sommes nombreux! Une grande pièce à vivre et une grande cuisine. Séjour parfait pour un mariage. Nous avons loué les 3 gites situés au-même endroit et tout le monde est reparti enchanté par la beauté du cadre. Un parc magnifique dans lequel les enfants sont en sécurité. Il est possible d'aller à la plage à pieds. Nous retenons cette adresse pour notre prochain événement familial!

Idéal pour week-end entre amis, famille nombreuse

Une grande pièce à vivre, une grande tablée, une cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée, le tout dans une bâtisse restaurée avec goût et qualité. L'idéal quand on est nombreux, chacun a de la place, on se sent bien dans cette maison qui participe grandement à créer une ambiance des plus chaleureuses...Les chambres toutes dotées d'une très bonne literie et d'une salle de bain/toilettes sont un vrai plus. Le chauffage au sol, c'est parfait. Tout près de la mer, les balades à pied sont très belles, vers Saint-Aubin par la plage, vers Sotteville par la falaise...La description de la location et sa situation sont conformes, le gîte très propre, l'accueil et le relationnel de Mme Michel, l'intendante très appréciables...Rapport qualité/prix très correcte. Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés ! Bravo à vous ! Ps : juste mon avis, j'ai trouvé dommage de ne pas pouvoir avoir accès au jardin intérieur, qui a l'air magnifique, assez grand pour tout le monde, et ensoleillé le soir...et de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres du jardin d'hiver ?
