Newly renovated home in the quiet and coveted neighborhood of Shepherd Historic District. This home has been restored from top to bottom, and specifically designed for an Airbnb rental. The master bedroom has a large and comfy king bed with a private on suite bathroom, with a double vanity, large custom shower, and washer and dryer. Master bedroom also features a flat screen tv and dresser. The second bedroom has a luxury queen bed, closet, dresser, and flat screen tv.

We so appreciated the remodeling that has been done to this stunning 1935 tudor! It still has original floors and gorgeous fireplace. Modern updates manage to maintain the style of the house wonderfully! The kitchen and master bath are outstanding! Kendra was a perfect host, texting to assure that we got into the house ok, and following up on something after the stay. We highly recommend this vrbo, and would definitely book it again! The host was EXTREMLY accommodating. The house was updated throughout. The master bathroom was bigger than my bedroom at home. The only thing I had to supply was a flavored creamer for my coffee. Everything else was there.

We were very pleased with our stay in OKC. The location was central to my meetings. The location was also central to restaurants and other opportunities for enjoyment. Stylish Tudor was a winner for us!

We had a delightful three-night stay at the Stylish Tudor. Nicely appointed interior, big bathrooms – plenty of room for 2 or 4 people. Saw neighbors out walking their dogs on the pleasant two-block street with charming houses in historic neighborhood. Great communications with attentive owners. Easy access to downtown restaurants and museums! Would definitively return to this home on our next visit to OKC!

Darling home close to downtown OKC

My friend and fellow artist shared this home while we participated in the OKC Festival of the Arts at Bicentennial Park. It was nice to come “home” after very long days to a comfortable place to rest. Thank you.

Cute house, not the best privacy

The house itself was great and clean. It was the perfect size for our visit. Communication with the property manager was easy. The neighborhood was historic and quiet. Unfortunately, the lack of curtains on the front of the house and the proximity of the neighboring homes, was a bit uncomfortable for us coming from the country; and larger vehicles do make accessing the area somewhat difficult. We ended up leaving a day early because an individual staying at one of the next-door houses kept staring at the house and our vehicle in the driveway. There are no curtains in the kitchen or dining area, so the individual was looking into the house as well. Again the house was adorable and maybe if we were used to having houses one car width away, it wouldn't have been so uncomfortable. Curtains would have helped the stay though.

This neighborhood is very tight and squeezed in. Parking can be tough. Most people do street parking which is allowed. There’s a driveway one car width but 2 cars long. We apologize about the curtains making you not feel safe . There are cyrtains here , they are just sheer in the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms have full cover/blackout curtains. We will consider full cover curtains in the future for the living room and kitchen areas. I’m glad you enjoyed the home.

Beware of this host!!

In the middle of our stay the AC went out in the house. Notified the host. After staying in the house at 82 degrees overnight, told her we’d have to find another place to stay. She apologized and agreed. Notified her when we had another place booked. Notified her when we left the property. She refused to refund us for the remainder of our stay because she got the AC fixed - after we had notified her we had found another place and committed to the new host. She never communicated to us at any time the AC was fixed. She gave us a refund for the night with no AC and one additional night “out of the kindness of her heart”. We payed for two properties for the rest of our stay. She will 💯 tell you I’m lying and I 💯 have all the text messages to prove my story, which I’ve submitted to VRBO. Don’t risk staying here.
