Why they chose this property
Location Location Location! This property is right next to the gate. Very easy to leave the subdivsion, and very near Highways, Walmart,Steakhouses,Sushi Bars, and amazing Golf courses !
Oh, and did I mention that we are right next to Disney World? Literally $15 uber ride to Magic Kingdom! 6 minutes (without traffic)

What makes this property unique
I was drawn to the community, the comfort , and the close proximity to all theme parks, that Central FL has to offer. Also, within 1 hour from beaches, and 45 minutes , from a casino.
