Offering a great location on Huntington Lake less than a mile from Huntington Boat Ramp & Launching Site, this three-story, family-friendly home provides guests with everything they need to experience an unforgettable stay! The world-class ski area, China Peak Mountain Resort, is less than three miles away, so you can enjoy all the slopes and trails it offers. A storage locker for skis and snowboards is located outside the front door.

The home is under new ownership and has been freshly painted, with some new furniture to enjoy during your vacation. Relax on one of the two balconies and enjoy breathtaking views while you listen to the breezes rustling through the trees. The main living space of this incredible retreat is located on the second floor. Guests will also find a sunny living area with a TV with cable and a DVD player and a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a dining table. Central heat is provided so you can stay toasty warm year-round.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

there is a ring camera at front door to monitor you as a guest??

I don't appreciate a camera monitoring my coming and going from the owners during my stay, without prior notification?? The owners called vacasa and had vacasa call me within hours to question how many guests we had. The unit advertises occupancy 8 and is quite large. But overall, beds, bedding and furniture is quite old and uncomfortable. In addition, the bottom of the outside stairs are in disrepair and a hazard. Sorry, have to be honest here - have rented better in same complex.

Nice Location but needs work.

Abundance of towels and clean linens but has a non working jacuzzi and fireplace. Suggestions-provide coffee, don't lock out thermostat, more dish towels, needs paint, home and bbq could be cleaner Another suggestion rearrange dining table as it blocks tv. Does have a small view of lake and neighbors are quiet.

Bass Lake Condo

Although the location of this property is great, the biggest issue is the cleanliness. Dirty carpet, filthy fans, visible dust on furniture, etc. The one positive is that the kitchen was fairly well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. I have stayed in other condos in Huntington. This is not one that I would stay in again.
