This is the biggest of the Creek's villas. Ideal for big groups who like to enjoy their holidays away from noisy and tiring cities. One dive in the refreshing water of the swimming pool surfacing to the magic of the natural environment is enough to make you forget all your worries. In this relaxing scenery, viewing only the blue of the sea and the green of the trees, Villa Portokali is made to offer unforgettable memories. Directly dominating the sea with an exceptional view of the surrounding islands of Meganissi, Kefalonia and Ithaca, this vacation rental is located only 400m from the pretty pebble beach, accessible by a short, steep path. The charm of the villa and the magic of the place make them the ultimate place to rest. The delicate fragrance of jasmine invites you to relax and meditate; colorful bougainvillea and geraniums provide a contrasting backdrop to the deep blue water of the Ionian Sea.

This was a gorgeous villa with a view that we simply couldn’t get enough of! The dining area outside was roomy and convenient. The inside spaces were super clean, beautifully decorated, PLENTY of space, with an island feel. We especially appreciated the professionalism and promptness that the rental team responded with. If you are looking for a place to stay that feels like a dream from the moment that you walk in til the moment you leave - this villa is it!

This villa is wonderful. The views are unrivalled. The villa itself is not too modern, but just perfect for a family so you can relax in it. The air conditioning is really effective, the kitchen well equipped, the beds are so comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the midweek clean! We had the happiest week here. I must also recommend Sivota as a destination. It has three well stocked supermarkets, wonderful restaurants (Aurora pizzas are amazing....we are obsessed), incredible coffee shops and we hired a boat for three days which was out of this world . Thank you so so much team Thalassa. You were all so lovely, easy to chat to, really helpful and just gorgeous

Remarquable Villa pour des vacances

Notre séjour a été parfaitement réussi dans cette villa soignée et très bien agencée. Nous n’étions que 4 adultes mais l’espace immense proposé est très vite apprécié. Cette villa a un raffinement certain, discret comme je l’apprécie où l’on se sent très vite à l’aise. On se l’approprie quasi immédiatement. Pour une fois pas de discussion pour l’affectation des chambres car elles ont toutes leurs attraits et on est plus proche de l’embarras du choix. Les différentes zones extérieures laissent penser à un esprit « mas provençal » avec pierres, oliviers et cigales mélangé au bleu grec de la vue mer splendide. La piscine légèrement décalée sort (enfin) du traditionnel «devant la terrasse repas » et permet de conserver tranquillité et intimité. La prestation proposée par Marie et Theo est de grande qualité tant au niveau de l’accueil que de la gestion (propreté, mise à disposition d’équipements…) Habitué à louer sur cette île de lefkada, cette villa a mis la barre haute et je la recommande avec insistance.

Perfect villa at fantastic location

Really enjoyed well-maintained Villa Portokali! Location with great views over the sea and only a few minute drive from Sivota Bay. All equipment needed is present and with the big garden and terraces together with the infinity-pool this villa is in our opinion THE place for a perfect stay. Communications with Anna, Katerina and Barbara from VillasThalassa were more than correct and these very friendly ladies also made arrangements for rental-car, massage at the villa etcetera. We highly recommend VillasThalassa for the fantastic services.

Wonderful experience

The villa is new, in excellent conditions and wonderful, with an amazing panorama; the swimming-pool and the outside area are gorgeous and very-well maintained. The Villa is very spacious, for 12 people: each room has its own privacy (patio in front of the room) but there is also a large leaving room to stay together. We had delightful dinners in the yard outside for 14 people: the location is better than a super-restaurant. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. I rated Good since the (approx. 1,5 km) road to get to the villa is for long stetches a gravel-road in bad conditions and requires to drive very slowly.

A beautiful villa on an amazing location. The view is fantastic. There is a beautiful infinity pool and several seating areas. The villa is suitable for several families with enough privacy for each family. The furnishing is complete and the service is OK. We had, with three families 9 persons in total, a great holiday.

Great villa

Villa Portokali is great. Off the beaten track, and thus very quiet without any car noise and so on, the villa is extremely well equipped and furnished, both inside and out. The pool area is lovely (and the views are great), the pool furniture is excellent and there's plenty of shady seating for those not wishing to sunbathe. Inside the villa, everything is very clean and fresh, plenty of towels (both bath and pool), air con all round and a well-equipped kitchen. Two large fridges help keep both food and drinks chilled. The en suite bathrooms are finished to a high standard and, outside, the garden is mature and well tended. There is ample parking, and close to the front door which is great when returning from the supermarket run. Oh, and the almost private tiny bay below the villa is simply divine, if you can manage the steep walk down and back up. Anna and Katerina looked after us from initial booking all the way through our stay most professionally and, were we to return to Lefkada, we would not hesitate to make Villas Thalassa our first port of call in search of a villa. A very good stay was had by all.

Poorly managed

Miscommunication between the host and main office caused huge confusion. The issues that we faced (no hot water, no wifi, bedding amongst others) were not addressed in a timely manner, or often times were not addressed at all. The only real selling point of this villa is the view which is lovely, but not enough to offset poor management.

This is the 4th Villa from Villas Thalassa which I rent and it was the biggest one. Very nice layout with large garden! Perfect for our family trip with 8 people and also for 10 would be really convenient. Service for cleaning and maintainance as well as boat rental was excellent. I will be back again for sure,

Very nice villa, beatiful island

We were three families at the Portokali Villa and enjoyed our stay very much. It was possible to make day trips to everywhere from Sivota which is a cute little town of Lefkada. The location and setting of the house is perfect. We had enough rooms and almost everything we needed for our group of 11. Betty from Villas Thalassa was very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions and technical issues. The drainage problem needs to be solved, there is a smell and water doesn’t drain well from the showers on the ground level. We do recommend the villa to any lucky group whose road crosses with Lefkada and Villas Thalassa. Thanks for all.
