The unit is great and comes well stocked with everything you would need. Beautiful views of the ocean from the patio and very comfortable beds. While there were a couple issues that came up as a result of other units under construction, the owner and onsite management were very quick to respond and offer support.

This was a beautiful, clean condo that was well stocked. The location is ideal, close to the beach and town. The communication with the owners was prompt. The grounds were nice and had some hotel/resort features. I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation stay!

Kihei Christmas 2022!

Michaels property was perfect for our family's Holiday vacation! We had plenty of room to sleep and relax together. The large lanai was a bonus and the fully stocked kitchen made meals easy. Mahalo for hosting us!

Clean, well stocked unit

The unit was very clean and well stocked with spices, etc, and had an uncluttered feel to it. It was also within easy walking distance to amenities. Great BBQ areas, with well working BBQS.

Lovely Condo Near Everything

Condo was clean and comfortable, located 2 minutes from the beach. We enjoyed early morning beach walks daily and slept soundly on a huge king bed. Condo was equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and other beach accessories. Close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.

Excellent stay

Overall the stay was amazing. Mike was able to accommodate a late checkout which allowed us to enjoy the last day fully which was not expected but greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything (even tho we didn’t cook at all) and there were lots of beach supplies which also made it easy so we didn’t have to rent things. Overall great and looking forward to staying again soon.

Relaxation in Paradise

We had an amazing experience on Maui and loved staying in this unit. The property was across the street from a great beach, very well cleaned and the property manager checked in to make sure we were taken care of throughout the trip and was very responsive. Deck was great, amenities were great, and stay as a whole was awesome. Highly recommend it!

Best Condo Complex in Kihei

Best complex in all of Kihei. Centralized amenities and spacious condos with easy access to the beach. Building 9 is not located directly adjacent to the amenities, but a very easy walk to the pool, tennis courts, grills and green space.

We have stayed in Kam Sands about 20 times in various units. This unit was nice, but neither the best or worst of units we have stayed. Would stay again

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay here! The property is well equipped with both kitchen and beach/snorkeling gear. The lanai invites you to soak in the ocean view. The bed is comfortable and the South Kihei location provides easy access to Wailea and Kihei beaches. We had a small equipment issue and the property manager was very responsive in resolving it. Mahalo!

Paradise!

The location of this condo is amazing! A two minute walk to the beach, how can you go wrong! It was clean and a lot more spacious than I expected a one bedroom condo to be! Having two full bathrooms was key for our family of 4! Having the beach gear was awesome. My son and daughter loved the boogie board! We would definitely stay here again!!
