Accueil de la proprétaires et studio avec jardin parfaits

Tout d'abord 2 remarques pour l'annonce mensongère de Abritel homways : - il est mentionné 2 chambres : "2 chambres1 sdb4 pers.", alors que ce n'est qu'un studio comme décrit dans l'annonce détaillée - Dans l'annonce détaillée il est inscrit "A 100 m ; piste cyclable et bords de lac". Ce n'est pas exact, le bord du lac étant plutôt à 800 m de la piste cyclable, et celle-ci à 300 m du studio ! Ceci dit, tout m'a très bien convenu : l'accueil par la propriétaire,et côté studio et jardin, tout est impeccable. Bémol pour l'état des des lieux : j'aurais aimé avoir le constat signé, pour être plus rassurée par rapport au remboursement de la caution. Il y a eu un délai de 2 jours entre le mail d'homeways du 4 octobre m'informant que le remboursement de la caution était enregistré, et le virement sur mon compte seulement le 6 octobre.

La composition de ce studio est très bien conçue, nous profitons de tout l'espace, il est agréable d'y séjourner ; proche du lac, de la montagne, de la ville d'Annecy et c'est avec plaisir que j'y reviendrai. Merci pour l'accueil que nous a réservé la propriétaire.

Great place near the lake, away (but not far) from Annecy

Nice and quiet place, all very clean, has all necessities, easy stroll to the lake and bakery. Little backyard with mountain view. Helpful and welcoming owners too. No wifi, but that made the trip even more relaxed:)
