The villa is located on the heights of Gruissan in a privileged natural environment, outside the summer tumult and nevertheless 3 minutes from the port.

Das Ferienhaus war funktional in einwandfreiem Zustand. Für die m2 Zahl optimal ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastsich: Ca 500m fussläufig zum nächsten Strand und zum Hafen wo auch abend viel los ist: Top!Eine tolle Küche (nur leider extrem alte Pfannen und alte Töpfe und altes Besteck), im OG renovierte Böden und Bäder. Das grösste Bemoll war jedoch dass es lediglich 1 einzige Klimaanlage in Küche/Esszimmer gab. Wir waren ein paarTage im August da und so war es in den beiden Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss nicht möglich nachts zu schlafen bei dieser Hitze. Das untere Zimmer war erträglicher. Jedoch wäre es ein angenehmerer Aufenthalt gewesen, wenn in den 3 Schlafzimmern Eine Klimaanlage gewesen wäre. Wir hatten tagsüber bis zu 39 Grad, es war sehr heiss. Es wäre auch gut gewesen, vorher bescheid zu wissen, dass keine Handtücher zur Verfügung stehen. Dies hatte ich zum Glück vorher erfragt. Jedoch standen auch keine Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel o.ä. in der Küche zur Verfügung. Wir mussten also in den wenigen Tagen, die wir da waren in mehreren Supermärkten nach Geschirrtüchern und vielem mehr suchen was im Ferienhaus nicht zur Verfügung stand. Ich schreibe dies deshalb, damit die zukünftigen Gäste sich darauf einstellen können und vorbereiteter sind. Ansonsten bedanken wir uns für die nette Gastfreundschaft.

Maison agréable, un peu sombre en basse saison, mais tres bien équipée, Grande cuisine équipée et aménagée, rare !Literie confortable. Terrace ombragée.Je recommande cette location.

Villa avec tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances

Seul bémol pas de chauffage dans les salles de bain et à cette époque de l'année c'est un peu juste. Surtout que la maison est un peu humide.Bonne situation car au calme mais proche du port

A notre arrivee pas de chauffage .maison froide longue à chauffer.pas de radiateurs dans les salles de bain.dans la chambre du haut de l eau au sol . Nous y sommes restes3 jours imaginez!!!Dommage !

sympa sans plus

la localisation est bien sympa au bord de la pinède mais assez loin de la plage. logement fonctionnel bien équipé pour la cuisine mais peu de linge de couchage et pas de serviettes de toilette néanmoins très gros problème d'humidité - quand nous sommes arrivés, les sols du salon et de la chambre étaient inondés. il y a aussi de la moisissure au plafond - tout était humide - le titre de l'annonce "superbe villa" est abusif

tout allait bien, bon endroit, bons lits, bonne townhouse. Tout comme il n'y avait pas de serviettes, vous devez vous renseigner à l'avance avant de payer, ainsi que sur le nettoyage final, pour lequel vous devez payer séparément si vous ne souhaitez pas laver vous-même le sol et les salles de bains.

Très agréable maison de vacances

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l emplacement, très proche de la ville et au calme dans la pinède..parking devant.t la maison et très bon agencement à l'intérieur avec tout ce dont on a besoin ..(cuisine aménagée, chambres de belle taille). Je recommande ! Peut être qu en été c est plus bruyant mais pour ce week-end du 1er mai c était parfait .

Condiciones de higiene pésima.

Casa en pésimas condiciones de higiene. Encontramos casquillos de cerveza, papeles, colillas, la vitrocerámica no funcionaba.... Un desastre. El mismo día por la noche decidimos irnos y no se responsabiliza el propietario de ninguna de las maneras.
