Utility room and boiler room. Large covered patio with wooden beams equipped with complete garden furniture and barbecue. Independent heating. All completely renovated in 2014. Additional private garden with ample parking. Just 1. 5 km from the sea (Torre Paola) shuttle available from June to September at 20 meters from the villa. Two circles of tennis and a riding club within 5 min cycling. Ideal for families who want to spend a holiday of nature and the sea. The beautiful islands of Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene are located only 17 nautical miles from the port of San Felice Circeo, which is also very close to the villa.

Schönes geräumiges Haus mit toller Terrasse

Haus gut ausgestattet. Viel Platz für Familie mit 2 Kindern im Oktober Ferien Siedlung sehr ruhig. Terrasse toll für am Abend lange geschützt draußen sitzen und morgens ebenfalls draußen frühstücken. Meer / Strand sehr schön und mit Auto in ca. 6 min erreichbar.

Ruhige Lage, meernah, Auto notwendig

Wir haben 10 schöne Tage in dem Haus verbracht und werden gerne wiederkommen. Die Einrichtung ist komplett, wenn auch teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das stört aber eigentlich kaum - leider sind die Moskitonetze nicht ganz dicht, aber zu viele Mücken gab es im Juni nicht. Mit drei Schlafzimmern durchaus bis 6 Personen nutzbar, allerdings in eiem Zimmer ein Stockbett - daher nur für Kinder. Die Terrassen sind sehr schön, jeder findet jederzeit Sonne und Schatten, je nach Bedarf. Das nahe Meer ist ein Traum. Insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Very nice! Recommended - Consigliato

Plus: confortable and silent appartament in a beautiful and shady pinewood 5' far from the beach. Very courteous and helpful owner / appartamento confortevole e silenzioso collocato in una bella pineta distante 5' dalla spiaggia. Proprietaria molto cortese e disponibile. Minus: midges/mosquitoes due to the lake proximity; conditioned air would have been a plus in this hot summer / un po' di zanzare e moscerini presenti a causa della vicinanza del lago; la presenza dell'aria condizionata costituirebbe un plus in estati calde come questa.
