About this property

5-person Ecogite with traditional sauna in the heart of the PNR Vercors

Come and recharge your batteries in VERCORS, skating, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, sledding, snowkiting, snowshoeing, dog sledding. The gîte is brand new, adjoining our BBC timber frame house. Arranged and decorated in a mountain chalet style, it blends beautifully with the surrounding natural wilderness. Ideally located, you will be 10 minutes from the Nordic Space / Foyer de ski de fond d'Herbouilly and its 130 km of cross-country ski trails.
Your children can play quietly in the meadows. The cottage has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom with a traditional sauna, a large living room / fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, vitro stove with oven, fridge, microwave, etc.) In the living room you can savor and enjoy the warmth with a good fire (wood stove).
Ideal house for 5 people. The owners will welcome you on your arrival and will also be present for your departure.


- Participation of 30 € / stay for bed linen or you bring them
- Do not smoke inside the cottage
- Report any breakage at the end of the stay
- Make the cottage in the same condition as that in which it was entrusted to you.
- Sauna in free management respecting the rules of use

Für uns das bisher schlechteste Quartier

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Um es kurz zu machen in Stichpunkten:- abgewohnt- reichlich nicht zu übersehende Mängel(Badtürklinke, Terrasse ohne Bedachung, mehrfach dilettantisch repariertes Bett, defekte Fliesen)- Dachfenster mit einer Stange zu öffnen und zu schließen (auf Zehenspitzen, ich bin 1,82m)- irreführende Objektbeschreibung und Fotos(5-7 Personen), realistisch für max. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (so auch auf der Urkunde des örtlichen Tourismusverbandes ausgewiesen)- Gastgeber cholerisch, seine Frau war sehr nett und konnte schlichten- für das Gebotene viel zu teuerNach meiner Einschätzung wird der Gastgeber auf das Geschriebene mit Unverständnis reagieren, da seiner Meinung nach alles was irgendwie funktioniert in Ordnung ist.Irgendwie gelingt es mir gar nicht so recht wiederzugeben wie schlimm es war.

Geniales Refugium in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Vercor Gebirge ist extrem schön für aktive Erholung und outdoor Aktivitäten mit Wandern, Radfahren, Höhlenerkundung, Klettern usw. Das Ferienhaus und der Ort St.Julien en Vercor waren für uns ein Glücksfall und Nicolas als Gastgeber ein Geschenk. Er hat sich um so viel mehr gekümmert, als man erwarten würde und uns sogar einen Guide für eine Kletter Tour organisiert, als wir selbst damit nicht weiterkamen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Si vous voulez passer un séjour en famille venez dans le logement de Nicolas

Nous avons passer un super séjour dans ce logement. Très bien pour se retrouver en famille (nous étions 6). Nous avons trouvé que l’extérieur et le sauna était un vrai plus. Nicolas restait à notre disposition pour toute demande tout en se montrant discret. Je recommande ce logement.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit Nicolas sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Für uns nicht so angenehm war, dass sich die wirklich sehr schmale Toilette im Erdgeschoss befindet und man Nachts die steile Treppe rauf und runter muss. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt nur über ein kleines Dachfenster, wir hatten nicht das Gefühl vernünftig durchlüften zu können.

Chaleureux chalet dans le Vercors

Nous avons passé une petite semaine bien agréable dans le chalet de Nicolas. Le chalet est aménagé avec goût, très propre et bien équipé. Le poêle et le sauna ont été bien appréciés après nos grandes balades à pied ou à ski. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Vraiment bons moments! Nous reviendrons!
