Its position is perfect for exploring the city of Lecce and Salento area, being near to the train station and Salentoinbus bus stop. It is possible to park for free in the nearby streets (via Lombardia, via Piemonte, via Martiri d’Otranto e via Don Bosco).
The apartment is made up of entrance hall, living room, kitchen, three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large balcony.
The apartment is very bright thanks to the big windows overlooking the green gardens of Viale Gallipoli. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking lunch and/or dinner to enjoy in the cozy living room. Moreover, the local caffè Quarta and a selection of teas is available for your breakfasts.
The three rooms are large and bright, with essential furniture but perfectly functional. Two of the rooms share a large balcony. Upon request in the room Lu Ientu the double bed can be split into twin beds. In the room Lu Mare in addition to the double bed there is a single bed.
Cyclists are welcome and it will be offered the possibility to leave the bike in a private garden on the ground floor.

We are a Italian-Slovenian couple based in Lecce, Apulia. We love meeting new people and travelling and we are have a special interest for sustainable living and agriculture. I am also a host for experential tourism in Apulia.
Why they chose this property
We normally rent two rooms of the apartment to tourists because it is too big for us and it allows us to always meet new people. The block was built from my great-grandfather and we inheritated this apartment over the generations.
