The beauty and tranquility of the Ozark Mountain Foothills await you at the Lil Green Acres Cottage. This rustic bi-level house is perfect for the whole family. Located on the Little Red River, the two-bedroom, two-bath cottage offers a magnificent view of the river. It has one king size bed, a full-size bed and one twin-size bed. The living room is large, (includes 2 sofas and 2 chairs) has plenty of windows, and a 32" Flat Screen HD TV with cable programming. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee-maker.

There is a screened-in porch and an outdoor deck overlooking the river. Try the excellent trout-fishing off the new private dock. Fly-fishing is only a half-mile away at Cow Shoals. You need only bring your groceries and personal belongings. Come stay with us at Lil Green Acres and enjoy all the Ozarks has to offer.

The house was not fancy but was perfect for my family with comfortable beds and plenty of room for 5 adults and one child. It was so nice to have your own docks to fish on and just sit and enjoy the beautiful Little Red River!! Loved the cool mornings and nights !!

Was even nicer than expected! Very relaxing environment. Plenty of room for family to rest comfortably and enjoy time with each other. Enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching beautiful geese fly over in the evening . Highly recommend.

Communication was great, Host let me know I could check-in earlier than expected with no upcharge. I was amazed to have a dock on the water to fish, then I found out there's 2 docks (1 covered for shade and 1 uncovered). Great for a guys weekend trip. 5 minutes to the Cow Shoals walk-in. 12 minutes to JFK park and Greer Ferry Dam.

This is a wonderfully quirky home right on the river with plenty of docks for fishing. It had all the amenities we needed and David gave us plenty of information on where to go for eating and fishing.

Family Meet Up place

Just a quick weekend getaway to visit local family. The cabin was quiet and rustic. Very relaxing...and being on the river was wonderful, so wonderful in fact, we went and bought kayaks to enjoy the river.

Nice view!

The view is great from all areas of the home. It is rustic and quite however the did kitchen slant. Bathrooms are nice, all the towels you need. Air conditioner worked great.

Great Place on the Little Red

Modernized rustic cabin, not the Ritz. Excellent access to the river. Remodeled bathrooms. Super comfortable beds. It is right on the river with a great dock. If you want to wade, the river is a little hard to access. You have to make it down a bank that is a little steep and overgrown, but it is more than manageable. We'll be staying here again.
