Residence under pine trees. You have the possibility to reach the resort and the beaches directly via the bike paths (at the foot of the garden). It is a pleasant independent house, bright and spacious with one floor for eight people. The American kitchen opens on the living/dining room. You will enjoy a large main room opening onto a wooden terrace north/west and south/west facing with garden furniture. The garden is treed and not enclosed. Three rooms are located on the ground floor, one with a double bed (160cm), one with two twin beds (2x80cm) and a third with bunk beds (80cm). A shower room with toilet and a second shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs a large bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a bathroom with toilet. In front of the house, 2 private parking spaces. Beaches and shops are 2,5 km. Tennis, squash and Golf to 200m. The lake and sailing school at 3 km - REF 04080

In pine forest, onsite pool, 4km to beach

Great location with gardens and terrasse in pine forest, useful shed for storing our bikes (and the charcoal BBQ is there too), just above cycle path giving easy access to beach and town (4km to main beach or plage Sud, or 6.5km to lac moutchic...a bit more hilly and narrow in places). Our 4 year old started to ride his pedal bike for first time. House is spacious and well equipped (coffee machine is filter coffee). It was 35c when we were there. There is no air con or fan but it seemed cool enough at night and we weren't eaten alive by mosquitos. I am normally hot but was ok with windows open. A fan would have helped though. There is a communal pool approx 12 metres long (getting a bit tired now but is good). The property is just outside what appears to be an empty holiday complex (where outdoor pool is)- lots of empty units and reception buildings and abandoned indoor pool. Great for us as it was quiet but looks to be undergoing renovation. Access to the property is tricky to spot, its an unmarked turning on the right off the main road going up the hill from the Casino (not a supermarket) not as far up as the pony trek place. Great place especially if you have bikes or hire them. Sitting on the veranda under the pine forest with a glass of wine was great.

Piscine non fonctionnelle la majorité du séjour

Le bien est très bien placé. Le cadre très agréable. La maison est très correcte. Le seul bémol est pour la piscine qui n’était pas fonctionnelle 5 jours sur les 7 passés et qu’aucune indemnisation ni aucun geste commerciale n’a été proposé pour nous dédommager.

Ainsi que nous vous l'avons expliqué, la piscine collective a dû fermer pour des raisons techniques indépendantes de notre volonté, et ce uniquement pour garantir la sécurité des baigneurs. Notre agence gère la location de la maison, pas la piscine, ce n'est pas à nous de vous proposer un geste commercial. Fort heureusement, la maison est situé entre lac et océan, j'espère que vous avez pu en profiter ! Nous vous remercions pour votre confiance.

Agréable séjour entre lac et océan

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à deux familles dans cette maison, très bien située en bord de piste cyclable, 10-15 min en vélo du lac ou de l'océan. Maison propre, calme, très bien équipée, et pratique.
