Easy drive to Orlando, Disney, Cape Canaveral, and all related attractions. Great local restaurants (no fast food restaurant on beach side) Wonderful, unique shopping nearby.

Condo is ocean front located on preferred non-driving section of beach. 2br, 2ba with king bed in master, twin beds in 2nd br,
42" flat screen tv in main room and flat screen tvs in bedrooms. Wi-fi, cable, Desk and chair, new furniture. Completely and totally furnished, including all kitchen utilities.

Immaculate grounds with MANAGER ON PREMISIS. Olympic size HEATED SWIMMING POOL in season, children's pool, shuffleboard and complete laundry facilities on each floor. Library containing many and various books.

WALK to next door recently renovated New Smyrna Beach ocean-side park, containing boardwalk, picnic tables, athletic activities, etc.

Beautiful Setting

This area of NSB is gorgeous. This condo is very well maintained and is a great location. We have stayed at Point East previously and we will try to stay there again next year.

A great location and nice space!

Everything was great, I think new mattresses are needed but otherwise things were good. We always stay in this condo, Dennis is easy to work with and they have many items that make our stay so nice; beach chairs, toys, etc.

Great location

Loved the condo. King bed was very comfy, was clean upon arrival, had all the things we needed in the kitchen. Didn't really use the balcony very much since it wasn't very private. Just felt like you were right in front of everyone for them to look at you. Our boys loved the pool and the little kiddie pool was perfect for our 3 year old. Beach was very windy but still very nice and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this condo. The area was also very nice. Definitely recommend New Smyrna Beach 😊

My home away from home… NSB

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in your condo! Was an excellent location and the view of the pool and ocean was spectacular! Enjoyed going to the pool and the beach … everything was at our fingertips. Beds were comfortable, had plenty of everything. Condo was very well stocked with essentials. It was very cozy and I will be booking soon for next spring! We had to leave 2 days earlier than planned had a family issue so we were bummed. Other than that we enjoyed every minute!! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!! Thanks for having us and we will see you next Spring!!

Beautiful location but updates are needed

Good size unit for us and the view over the pool to the ocean was wonderful. Unit was well stocked in kitchen and beach supplies. Check in was difficult as all the codes supplied were wrong and it took a while to get ahold of anyone to get the correct codes for lock box and pool gate. Check in instructions should be kept updated as well as welcome papers in-unit. Once in the unit, the smell of must/mildew was overwhelming. It never really went away despite opening doors and windows, burning candles and spraying air freshener. The ceiling in the master had water damage stains. The master comforter was also stained and needed washing before using. Note-washer and dryer are available but are not in-unit and are coin operated. We enjoyed the beach and the proximity to all that New Smyrna has to offer. The pool and grounds were immaculate. The inside just needs a little attention with a deep clean, coat of paint and some updated furniture.

All's Well that Ends Well...

Overall, we had a very nice stay on the property. We struggled with checking in; we never received our check in information within 72 hours of our arrival - we tried to contact the owners by emailing them and calling them - but the phone number listed for the owners on the VRBO site was disconnected. We called VRBO and they could not help us. I was on the phone for over two hours trying to work out a solution; we were told we needed to find our own hotel room for the night that we would "possibly" be reimbursed for (disappointing news, for sure.) Finally, because VRBO was not able to solve the problem for us we did our own search for the owner of the property online - and by the grace of God, located a number for Denis. While I was still on the phone with VRBO, my husband called the number we found for Denis directly. Denis was kind and gave us the condo number and the code for the key pad. In the end, the owners were made aware that the number they had listed on the VRBO site needed to be updated. All ended well. Following our stay, the property manager of the space gave us a $50 Amazon Gift Card for our trouble. Once into the condo, we had a great week. We enjoyed our time. (The heated pool was a nice bonus as well.)

Very active retired couple living in Oviedo, Fl, which is less than one hour drive from the condo. We love to play the golf courses in the area. We rent only in the winter months as we use the unit ourselves for the rest of the year. This keeps property in excellent condition!!

Unit is on 3rd floor (with elevator), which gives great views of ocean, pool, and immaculate grounds. Very quiet!
