Charming villa of 108 m2, wooden frame, fully renovated with wooden terrace of 100 m2 overlooking a garden of 800 m2 with secure heated pool (8mx3.5m).
You will find there all the conveniences for the daily life.
Bathed in light with its many picture windows, nature and sea lovers will relax, children will also enjoy it with the trampoline, the ping-pong table, a small house available to them.

Our residential area is very quiet, family oriented. The villa located at the end of a dead end and on the edge of the forest will assure you tranquility while being close to the city center and the beaches.
The center of Biscarrosse plage (market, shops, entertainment) is 10 minutes away on foot and the beach is 5 minutes by bike (1.5 km).
You are also 3.5 km from the lake with its sandy beaches, safe for children, 5 km from the 27-hole golf course in Biscarrosse.
Also nearby tennis (500 m), equestrian center, tree climbing Bisc'aventure. A little further, 20 minutes by car, the dune du Pyla, and 30 minutes from Arcachon. Without forgetting Bordeaux at 1 hour!
The cycle path passes near the house, to reach the ocean, the lake and the Arcachon Bay.

Perfect holiday destination

We had a lovely time staying at Biscarosse Plage. The house is gorgeous, very spacious and lots of little touches to make it a home away from home. The swimming pool, table tennis, pétanque and darts kept our teenage boys entertained every day. We also enjoyed the fact we were only 15 minutes walk away from the town where there is a great beach and a good selection of restaurants. Unfortunately we were staying when the big fire was raging in The Gironde but Caroline and Emmanuel were brilliant and kept us updated with what was happening and made sure we were okay. They were fantastic. We absolutely loved the house and would love to return one day soon. En bref la maison est parfait et Caroline et Emmanuel sont tellement serviable - merci beaucoup!!!

Séjours parfait

Nous avons passés une semaine au top dans la propriété de Caroline et Emanuel, ils ont été très accueillant,disponible, arrangeants et pleins de petites attentions. Emplacement nickel loin de toute l'agitation de la ville c'est un magnifique endroit pour se ressourcer et se reposer Très calme, bruits inexistants autour, la maison est bien décorée et bien équipée. Je recommande +++, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Einfach perfekt!

Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal zu Gast bei Caroline und Emmanuel. Erneut blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus und der Garten, sowie der Pool sind in hervorragendem Zustand. Es wurde an alles gedacht und sehr liebevoll für uns als Gäste vorbereitet. So etwas ist schon einzigartig. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft und kommen gern wieder.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Dieses Ferienhaus ist von den herzlichen Gastgebern wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. In nur 5 Minuten ist man mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern im Ort und am Strand. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche - vielen Dank an Caroline und Emmanuel!

Traumhaftes Haus

Dieses Haus war das schönste Ferienhaus, dass wir je bewohnt haben! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und einfach absolut sympathisch! Der Pool ist beheizt, so dass die Kinder ihn immer nutzen konnten und auch für uns war es toll morgens vor dem Frühstück eine Runde zu schwimmen! Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig am Waldrand und mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern ist man in Windeseile mitten im Zentrum! Es ist absolut ruhig man kann die Seele baumeln lassen und einfach das besondere Ambiente genießen! Die Ausstattung ist wahnsinnig geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail durchgeführt! Es ist alles vorhanden vom Spielzeug für die Kinder bis zum Innen und Außen Kamin! Nochmals vielen Dank an Caroline und Emanuelle !!

Super séjour

La maison est particulièrement fonctionnelle, jolie et agréable. Les rangements intérieurs sont nombreux. De nombreux jeux pour se détendre avec les enfants. Une petite piscine très bien entretenue. Des vélos mis à disposition. Les pistes cyclables à proximité. La maison est très calme sans être isolée. Boulangerie, boucheries et autres magasins à 5 minutes en vélo. Une superbe plancha au gaz pour viandes et légumes le soir en terrasse. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Un séjour vraiment réussi.

Très belle villa près de la plage

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. La maison est très bien décorée et aménagée. La piscine, le jardin et le quartier.. très calme , un vrai bonheur. Les plages et les commerces sont à 10 min en vélo et les activités proposées nous ont permis de découvrir les environs de Biscarosse. Accueil parfait de Caroline et Emmanuel . Tout était prévu pour un séjour sans nuage ! Un grand merci ! Nous reviendrons !

Die Vermieter Caroline und Emmanuel sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist in hervorragendem Zustand und lässt in Bezug auf Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Pool und allem, nur denkbarem Equipment (z.B. Fahrräder, Tischtennis) keinerlei Wünsche offen.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances formidables. L'emplacement de la maison permet de se retrouver au calme, dans un environnement paisible et en même temps de profiter facilement de la plage et faire les courses quotidiennes. Perfekter Urlaub!

Caroline und Emmanuel waren sehr gute Gastgeber. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet, das Haus besonders sauber und ordentlich. Toller Pool, schöne Einrichtung, gemütliche Zimmer, super Lage, viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful Property in a Gorgeous Area of France

We had a week in this wonderful home, we couldn't fault anything about it. Very spacious and comfortable and added bonus of having table tennis, boules and bicycles which we very much enjoyed exploring the area with. Very close to the beach and not far from the wonderful lake too. The Dune de Pilat is definitely worth a visit too. Lovely hosts and Caroline was very easy to get hold of should you need anything. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben eine Woche in dem gepflegten, sehr sauberen Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Draußen gibt es zwei schöne Sitzplätze und einen Gasgrill. Da das Wetter nicht durchgehend schön war, haben wir es genossen, dass der Pool beheizt ist. Sehr nett war auch, dass Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen. Es gibt einige schöne Fahrradwege zur Düne von Pilat und den Seen im Hinterland. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und geben gerne Auslunft. Sie wohnen selbst in Biscarrosse. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Merci!

Casa muy amplia y acogedora y limpia

La casa es muy bonita y acogedora. Es perfecta para ir con niños porque tienen juegos, piscina, bicis de paseo. La zona es muy tranquila al lado del bosque. Está cerca de la playa y en coche tienes el lago y la duna.

Maison très agréable, cosy ,au calme avec très bon accueil.

Malgré un temps moyen nous avons apprécié la convivialité de cette maison, en particulier l'extérieur avec la piscine, le jeu de boules, les divers coins pour prendre les repas, l'apéro, le soleil .... Très calme en bordure de forêt ( accès direct appréciable). Nous avons bien profité des vélos à disposition. Très bon accueil de Caroline et Emmanuel qui ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Intérieur très agréable également : en bref une belle maison de vacances pour la famille !
