Close proximity to U of A, home w/ POOL, sleeps 6!

Comfortable, ranch-style family home in a super convenient location. Across the street from Bristol Park, minutes to U of A and downtown, via Aviation Parkway. Only a 15 minute drive to Tucson Int'l airport. Our cherished Palace offers all the comforts of home with a huge backyard and swimming pool. (NOT heated- refreshing in the summertime, relaxing to sit around during the cooler months). Plenty of elbow room for 6 adults. One king bed, one queen bed and a queen-sized futon. We only ask that you treat our Palace like you would treat your own!

Well appointed kitchen, clean, spacious. Comfortable beds

Would recommend this place. We are 3 females at conference and we felt safe. Enjoyed closeness to downtown, airport and attractions.

Warm heart; cold pool

The house was comfortable, cute and clean. However the pool was I heated And too cold to use which I would have appreciated knowing from the VRBO site. Construction workers putting in the side walk in front of the house was super loud with jackhammers at 7 am;beyond control of the owner but again knowing this could have been a possibility would have changed our plans.

Hi Mary! It's so good to receive feedback from out-of-state visitors! The listing has been updated- that the pool is not heated. (very few backyard pools are heated in Tucson, so I didn't think of mentioning) Again, thanks for the info/advice & safe travels!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love the size of this home and the pool. (again, NOT heated) It's centrally located - close to Wildcat sporting events, Kino Sports Complex, food & entertainment in downtown Tucson and Tucson Int'l Airport.

What makes this property unique

Feel right at home in the comfortable space with lots of elbow room for 6 adults.
