- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.

- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

Check in time will be at 4pm, check out time will be at 10am. All other arrangements to check in early or late check out, must be arranged with the resort directly, after we have confirmed your room.

When Checking In: A photo identification, credit card for a $100 refundable security deposit.

ADDITIONAL FEE S DUE AT CHECK IN: $15 per day resort fee.

Resort Fee Includes: Wi-Fi, local calls, and use of the pool area.

A $100 refundable authorization is due at check in to cover incidentals, it will be released at check out.

A detailed confirmation letter with check in instructions, late arrival info, check in and out times, local info, everything you need will be sent via email once you make your final payment on the reservation. If you pay in full, we ll send the confirmation letter right away.

Short getaway

The pool and hot tub was our favorite part about the resort, it was beautifully done and heated! Just a short walk across the street to the beach which wasn’t a problem. Tons of restaurants within walking distance, we never had to go far. I had booked a room with 2 queens but when we got there they were over booked and asked if we would take a king room with a pullout sofa. It was just me and my 2 daughters so this was fine for us anyway. It worked out as we got a 3rd floor room overlooking the pool area but also the bedroom is on the lakeside so you got both views. The staff was all very nice and helpful. This location is VERY close to the naval air base. The jets are loud flying over and taking off but it’s cool to watch them overhead. It didn’t bother us but definitely could be bothersome to some. We would stay here again.
