Come enjoy this oasis in the gated community of Tortuga Bay. Attention to details makes this villa the perfect choice for your vacation.

5 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, on-site cook and housekeeping, family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for a game of pool, or another upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front gardens.

The bigger pool heated of Tortuga Bay (84 F, 50x17 ft, 15x5 m) with 2 fountains. Sitting areas in the pool with jets to relax the day away. Volleyball net in pool for sports enthusiants.

Outdoor movie screen and sound system. The screen can be seen from the pool, lower terrace and upper terrace.

Property is surrounded by lush vegetation and palms giving you plenty of privacy. Plenty of space for the kids to run and play.

The hosts were responsive and the staff was so hospitable! Movies by the pool and golf carts were very fun. A great place for families with kids—Suggest to bring a monitor because the house is large so you can’t hear the young kids if sleeping in a separate room.

We booked Sunshine Villa to celebrate several special birthdays and a special anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We could not have asked for better accommodations. Our vacation far exceeded our expectations. From the gorgeous, spotless home, to the amazing staff, everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed Chef Elvis and company's absolutely delicious and beautifully presented food ! It was so superb that we didn't want to go out to eat! It was an exceptional vacation and we hope we can do it again soon!

Amazing week with family for spring break. Would recommend renting golf carts for access to amenities. Staff was wonderful and took much of the usual travel stress of cooking/cleaning with kids away.

Celebrated my wife's 40th Birthday with friends and had a fantastic time. The staff was very accommodating and friendly! Meals on the porch every time by the pool was so nice. Very comfortable rooms and cold AC units. The evening golf cart ride through the resort is magical with the sunsets. Loved every bit of it!

All I can say is INCREDIBLE! This was the perfect family vacation spot for us! The service we were provided went above even our wildest expectations. The chef-Jorge was amazing and the food was wonderful every meal. Carmela and Rosemary were both incredible ladies who took care of all the house things while we weee there. Then Lorenzo was an amazing concierge who answered every question we had and set multiple things up for us. This truly was one of the best family vacations we had ever had. Do not hesitate to book this place! It will not disappoint!!!

The trip couldn't have gone better. The entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Any questions were answers within minutes - we barely had to lift a finger. The house is gorgeous and plenty of space to spread out. We had 13 people in the house including kids and it was perfect. Would definitely come back!

Hello Berta, the villa is NOT located on the beach. NO description states that the villa is on the beach or near the sea, NOR does it mention a sea view. The photos of the villa clearly show that it has a large private garden and a swimming pool.
