Très beau gîte

Le gîte "Les Vergers" est spacieux et très bien équipé, avec une terrasse et un jardin privatifs très agréables. L'emplacement est idéal entre Niort et La Rochelle. Les propriétaires, sont attentionnés mais discrets. La piscine, partagée avec 3 autres gîtes mériterait un peu plus d'attention (nettoyage quotidien des feuilles et insectes) mais nous a été précieuse par ces fortes chaleurs. Attention, escalier sans contremarches assez raide dans ce gîte. En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Bel emplacement mais perfectible !

L'annonce ne précise pas suffisamment que la piscine est celle du propriétaire et qu'elle est partagée avec plusieurs gites. Le gite en lui-même est beau et agréable hormis les finitions qui sont à revoir. La literie est impeccable. La voie rapide est tout proche, ce qui facilite l'accès à de très belles balades mais génère un peu de bruit. Le barbecue mis à disposition mérite d'être changé.
