This Platinum, ultra-spacious (sleeps 16), three-level townhome is an easy stroll from Beaver Creek Village, offering a great room with cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with dual dishwashers and a gas range and five guest suites, each on the lower level and outfitted with an attached bathroom (four have a king size bed, the fifth is a true kid’s hideaway with three sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds). Additional features include a family room with billiard and game tables, a home office, recumbent exercise bike and treadmill, a ski room with boot heaters, a washer and dryer, radiant heat, and garage or driveway parking for two vehicles. This home also has three twin rollaway beds, high chairs, and a crib which is complimentary for use. **Construction on neighboring townhomes with daytime noise and trucks in cul-de-sac present through summer 2025**

Beaver Creek Pinehurst Townhome #3
Tess and Hannah with East West management company were wonderful to work with! They were so responsive and helped us with every question and detail.
We loved the house and the location was excellent. It was not quite clear on the listing that the 6th "bedroom" did not have an attached bathroom, so they had to walk upstairs to use the bathroom by the gameroom which was not very convenient. Other than that the house was great for our big family.
