Our home is one of the few newer homes closest to Lackland AFB. It is very close to the BMT gate using either the access road, I-410, or by using the Ray Ellison / Valley Hi back road. It is a 4 bedroom, 1700 sqft home, with 2 baths and an open combined kitchen / dining / living room.

Welcome to our home! We prepared and furnished this house with the goal of providing an enjoyable place for our Air Force and Space Force Basic Military Training graduates to relax, reunite and spend some quality time with their families. We believe this house will fill in for the shortage in on-base lodging facilities and will provide a better alternative as a home than hotel suites provide. The house is situated in a tranquil and safe back section of a community mostly owned by active duty military, retirees, and those working on-base. Very few vehicles drive by the area. The back of the house is a greenbelt area.

Our home has an AT&T fiber internet. DirecTV stream is available in the living room and in each bedroom. We also strive to make items you may need available. We have some office items, small kitchen appliances, shower chair, and baby items that we can bring out if you have a need for them. Please note that we will not be bringing out the shower chair, office, or baby items unless you specifically ask for them prior to your arrival.

Our guests will have access to the whole house except for the garage and the master bedroom walk-in closet. We use these 2 areas for our storage and will be locked from our guests. Sufficient parking is available on the driveway and across the street. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and we'll do our best to help!

The house is situated in a community called Solana Ridge. It is around 3 miles (less than 10 mins) from the Lackland Air Force Base BMT gate. There are 2 small roads to get to Lackland AFB from our home allowing you to avoid interstate traffic during busy hours.

Our home is in a back tranquil and safe area of the community. City bus is available right by the Walmart which is a mile from our home. However, due to the scarce number of trips, it is recommended to travel around by car. San Antonio attractions are within minutes from our home. Below are their distances and approximate travel time:
Sea World - 11.5 miles / 21 mins
Six Flags Fiesta Texas - 23 miles / 28 mins
Riverwalk, Downtown, The Alamo - 16.5 miles / 24 mins
San Antonio Airport - 19.5 miles / 24 mins

For security, the house is equipped with security alarm. It also has a front door video doorbell. Security cameras are mounted around the perimeter of the house (all of which are pointed away from the house). No camera / recording device is installed inside the house. We strictly enforce the maximum number of guests count (10 including kids) and charge penalties for exceeding the number.
