New and very clean apartment of 45 m2 on the first floor of a small recent residence of 4 apartments with courtyard closed by an electric gate.
A private garage is available.
It is located in the very center of Piriac sur mer, facing south with direct access to all shops, 200 m from the marina and the beach.

The apartment is composed:
* A kitchen area equipped with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, electric coffee maker, toaster and everything needed for the table and the kitchen.

On sent la recherche du propriétaire à rendre cet appartement confortable. Pour 4 personnes, ce serait peut-être un peu juste, la salle d'eau étant fort petite, et la 2ème chambre avec lits-superposés

Famille de 4 + 1 bébé. Location en plein centre de Piriac. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié qu'il y ait un fond de roulement (éponge, produits ménagers...) ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations.

Très agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement que les propriétaires confient avec gentillesse et simplicité. Situé près des commerces, du port et de la plage, il est cependant au calme et le balcon permet de profiter du soleil!
