Ample space and comfort for the most enjoyable stay possible. This updated home has everything you need with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, original wood flooring, and thoughtful design. You can enjoy a bright, cozy, and sunny home away from home.

The space
New and improved bungalow with new furniture and updates throughout. Bedrooms feature a king-sized bed in the master with a smart TV and two queen-sized beds in the guest rooms. Lounge out in the living room on the comfortable sectional and watch your favorite show on the large smart TV. Kitchen stocked with what you need to cook a family meal and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea. A fenced in backyard with outdoor security cameras for added safety.

You will be close to all the hot spots in OKC (plaza, uptown, paseo, midtown, downtown, Classen, and western district). This charming and chic bungalo is close to 3 major OKC hospitals. Great for traveling or temporary medical personnel(OUMC, St Anthony, and Integris Baptist). There is a park one street north, and the space is within walking/biking distance of amazing dining and entertainment around OKC.

Access to entire home. There is a fully detached studio apartment behind the home. If you are interested in renting both, let us know and we can check availability.

Other things to note
The master bedroom is accessed only through either main bathroom or 2nd bedroom.
The laundry room is a shared space. It has 2 separate accesses points. One for the main house(through kitchen) to ensure your privacy, and a completely separate entrance for the studio tenant(access from yard).

Great stay! Great location, great communication. Odd layout of the house- to get to the master bedroom you have to go through another bedroom or the bathroom. Worked for us since we only used 2 bedrooms. Other than that great stay at a great price!

Great place to stay

We took a mother in law/ daughters weekend thrifting trip and this house was in the perfect location for us. The host was quick in response with questions and the house was very clean. I definitely recommend this place. The only downfall at all is street parking but we knew that is how it would be because it was in the description of the property.

Concert Weekend

The house was as described and worked week for us. The parking situation was frustrating. We had the neighbor gripe at us for parking too close to his driveway. The driveway was open the whole weekend, but we weren’t allowed to park in it.

Home was specious

The home was great all around an 8/10 there was a lot of dog hair it needed a better vacuuming. we did not bring any pets. I ended up getting a sinus infection. The sofa needs a good cleaning or cover. I was so appreciative of the ice in the freezer and coffee and enough toilet paper and trash bags/paper towels and the biggest plus was enough mirrors for a bunch of girls . I can not say thank you enough for that. Definitely would stay again the convenience of staying here is that you are so close to everything you need. Dinning, night life groceries Walgreens and church.

This house is super cute exactly as in the pictures and exactly as described. It is a very unique layout to get to the master bathroom. You have to go through the shared main bathroom and there is a half bathroom in the master bathroom so make sure you know the people you’re staying with well because there will be some Oopsies of walking into someone on the bathroom. There is a little apartment type in the back of the house and they do share the laundry area we didn’t have any encounters, but someone staying longer than four days like we did might have some encounters. The check-in process was super easy the owner let us check in early. The checkout process was super easy. We have a timeshare and this owner’s checkout process was easiest I’ve ever come across an easier than our timeshares that we stay at. The owner is fast responding super sweet. It does look like she’s trying to sell her house as there is a for sale sign in the front yard parking for the main house is on the street only but we had no issues. We had no issues with the neighbors we went for parents weekend for Oklahoma university it was a great weekend. Super easy very comfortable. Stay all the beds were comfortable. Couch was comfortable. It was a very relaxing weekend and a very cute bungalow home. We will definitely stay again. The next time we go see our son at Oklahoma university

Nice house with a few quirks

The house was super clean and has been nicely remodeled. It is located close to restaurants. The floorplan of the house is odd and is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. The master bedroom is only accessible through the bathroom or one of the secondary bedrooms. If someone uses the bathroom at night, it is extremely bright in the master bedroom. This is accurately described in the house description, so make sure you read it fully. It was also a little odd that the laundry room is shared with a detached apartment. Our first day/night there, the tenant in that apartment was using the machines, so we were unable to. Overall it was a good stay, but the floorplan would keep us from staying here again.
