This beautiful 3 bedroom+Den/4 bathroom home was built in 2007, and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. The tasteful decorations and antique furniture give it an “at home” feeling. Located a short drive to the base area of CBMR or the town of Crested Butte, this property is in a perfect location for your vacation!

The main level is where you’ll find the large living room with new leather furniture, a wood-burning fireplace and large flat screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and separate dining area. There is a large wrap-around deck with a grill and incredible views. Also on the main floor is the Primary suite, with a queen bed and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.

Downstairs there is a spacious family room with a large flat screen TV/DVD player, wet bar, 2 trundle beds, a full bathroom and laundry room.

Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft area with TV/wifi.

This home has all the comforts of home plus a Swedish sauna to relax in at the end of the day. There is also a heated 2-car garage and 3 parking spots in the driveway. 2,036 square feet

CB Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at the Mt Crested Butte home. The property manager was very helpful! The home was comfortable and roomy with great views. A great location for skiing. During our stay there was a big snow storm and the property manager kept the driveway cleared. Highly recommend!

Crested Butte wedding vacation

I came to Mt Crested Butte for a fall wedding. I rented this house for my entire family to stay together. The house was located close to where the wedding was taking place. The house was in a great location for experiencing Crested Butte and its beauty. There were amazing views from the deck. The location was close to the free transit bus system for going into town. I would stay in this location again if I came back to the area.

Perfect Two Family Ski Vacation House

We had two families with teenage kids stay here for a Christmas break ski trip. The location is perfect, especially with the free shuttle network offered in the area. It’s app based and on demand, very similar to what we’re all used to using but designed for shuttling skiers to and from the mountain. We never waited longer than 15-20 minutes from the time we requested a ride. The best part…it’s FREE. No catch. We tipped the drivers generously as they were so helpful and nice. House was clean, spacious, and well stocked. 100% recommended.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except the beds. Liked the place, location and love Crested Butte. But, please update the beds. They were very hard and mattress toppers don’t really fix old beds with old box springs. I did not look at the mattress tags, but my guess is they are really old. Not sleeping well kind of messes with a vacation. Liked everything else about the rental!

Thank you for the feedback on the mattresses. We want everyone to be comfortable in our house, so we took your recommendation and installed new Beautyrest mattresses and box springs on all three queen beds.

Absolutely Incredible!

Reserved this property for the Thanksgiving holiday, and couldn't have asked for more! The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms/beds were all comfy, plenty of firewood for the fireplace, there was an excess of towels/wash cloths/hand towels/extra blankets/etc, and plenty of soap for all the bathrooms/sinks! Ample parking for the property was VERY nice as well (most condos in the area only allow two vehicles unless you jump through hoops or beg/plead with the property owner/manager). When it wasn't snowing/too cold, the wrap around deck was perfect to watch the mountains, and the same views from the living room we're just as great just with the added bonus of a fire keeping everyone cozy. The shuttle that picked us up in the driveway and took us to the resort was icing on the cake! Also, the property management team was VERY responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We loved our time here and would absolutely love to come back!

The two top floor bedrooms share the smallest bathroom in the house. The home was spacious and we loved the basement apartment where the kids and parent could spread out! We spent a lot of time taking in the fantastic views from the large deck. The house was spotlessly clean. My only disappointment was lack of kitchen staples like salt and pepper! It would be nice to have some basic kitchen seasonings/ staples and plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies etc. for guests to use. There was plenty of TP, Kleenex, and paper towels. Beds were firm but comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the multiple bathrooms. Great house! Thank you- we really enjoyed our stay.

Especially good layout with multiple kids who wanted to share a room downstairs. Beautiful location. 5 minute drive to the ski area. Helpful friendly management group. A couple of comments. The house is located above the ski area base at approximately 9500 feet and can be a tougher acclimitization if from sea level than staying in CB town in our experience. There are alternatives to driving to get to the ski area and town with walking and a bus that weren’t practical for us.
