Great stay

Great accommodations

The home is beautiful and decorated to make you feel at home. The home had a lot of details like extra sunscreen and bug spray, ice trays in the freezer (was a life saver for the heat), beach towels and even spices to cook with. It even had a toaster which we don’t always have. The home was clean and no bugs (and that’s not an easy feat in Belize). It was pretty noisy at night but it was the busiest I have ever seen San Pedro. Great location and I love that there is a restaurant and coffee shop across the street

Not that good

I had lots of maintenance and plumbing issues starting the first day, that did not get fixed until the day before I left. Then I get charged for towels and sheets to help clean it up. NOT Good at all. Plus it's next to the main road so it was hard to sleep at night because of the noise.

Mara Laguna I 101

Our Condo was great. The concierge, Lourdes was wonderful. It was furnished with everything you might need. The kitchen had many utensils and several small appliances. Overall we had no complaints.

Loved it!!!

The suite was very spacious, clean and had lots of appliances if staying as a family! It had EXTRA towels and sheets if needed. Very secure and beautiful. Grocery store is right in-front as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was was the icing on the cake! Definitely staying here when we visit again 😁

The property is very nice. The area is conveniently close to downtown and the airport. The small pool provides a great way to cool off in the event you want to stay local. The concierge (Juan Carlos) was very diligent in providing assistance with any matter that come up.

Expensive Mistake - Noisy

The property has no sound insulation. It sounded like the 2-cycle golf carts and visitors to the store right across the street were running through the bedroom. If your sleep schedule is from midnight to 4am, it would work for you. We booked three nights but, after one sleepless night, we moved on to the Hilton. Of a total cost of xxx.xx (3 nights our scheduled stay) the manager allowed a refund of only xxx.xx making the total cost for the single, miserable night xxx.xx. My originally review was not posted as VRBO doesn’t allow specific costs in reviews, but I can say that the manager refunded much less than was reasonable. I stayed one night, basically, paid for two nights, but feel I shouldn’t have paid for a single night as the rooms are not a place of relaxation. There were many rooms unoccupied, and so the manager did not lose income by turning anyone away.

Very happy customers

Everything was perfect especially the communication with host Ana. She reserved the golf cart and my flights in an out of San Pedro. She made my trip a lot more enjoyable. The condo was clean and in perfect working order. Great location.

spacious unit , close to town

We enjoyed our stay . It is real close to downtown.and Vacasa was very responsive to our needs. Suite was spacious...more than we needed really :) Front of building faces street and not a very nice view. Beach across from complex not usable really. If you are like us and not really into staying on the beach a lot this will work fine. We were out and about a lot. Go to secret beach ...it was awesome and has calm shallow waters....most of Ambergris does not! Had a great time. Mike and Rebekah
