This luxurious corner unit condominium has a stunning view of Eagle beach, rated #1 in the Caribbean and #3 in the world, as well as its own tropical landscaping. Enjoy your time relaxing in the pool and hot tub or cook up a storm on the barbecue. White sand and crystal waters lay moments away. A 2 minute walk to Eagle Beach. The building is a few minutes away from all restaurants and night life. There is a small cafe in the lobby, fully equipped gym on site, a spa, and 24 hour security at the front gate.

This beautiful brand new unit is a corner unit, known as Unit 509, with an L-shaped balcony facing the pool and the beach which has access from the bedroom and the living room. There is also a separate second balcony facing the beach in the master bedroom. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Great for FAMILY vacation. Accommodating 6 comfortably in beds. The living room has a pull out sofa bed. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood the unit with sunlight. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need along with a large window allowing for stunning ocean views. This is a corner unit with lots of windows all around including 2 balconies. Great views from all rooms.

This 5 STAR, brand new condominium has been built with top quality finishings, inside and out. It is modern, yet chic, with a beautiful tropical setting. It is situated by Eagle Beach, the most beautiful in the Caribbean. Asides from the breathtaking physical aspects, those who stay in our unit will have access to beach towel services. You will not need to wash any sandy beach towels! Just exchange your used beach towel for a fresh one at our Concierge Service Desk located in the main lobby. Only our guests have access to the daily beach towel exchange. This unit also comes with Aruba Aloe shampoo, conditioner and body wash located in the shower dispensers. So no need to pack up shampoo or any body wash while staying in this unit. Daily tidy services are also a part of the package when you book this unit. No need to take out the trash or wash your bath towels, we will take care of this so you can enjoy more time at the beach. You will also be provided a cooler and beach chairs to take by the pool or the beach. There is an ice machine located by the BBQ area for you to fill your cooler. This is on your way towards the gate entrance to the beach. Our on-site concierge team will take care of you with top priority. Overall, you will have a 5 STAR hotel experience without a 5 STAR hotel price! Hotels will charge for extra rooms to accommodate your family of 6-8 people. The condo is a beautiful and spacious corner unit right on Eagle Beach with incredible views. The kitchen is well stocked. Daily towel and trash service is very helpful. The pool area is very nice, and the massage downstairs at the spa is one of the best. The management was able to address any problems by the next day. We often found tiny ants in the kitchen but that's the only minor annoyance.

Levent family vacation

We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights, the resort staff was very nice and helpful. The condo was very clean and we loved staying there. Loved everything about the condo. Especially the morning view out on the balcony.

The condo is fantastic in great location with all the amenities you need. My wife and spent 2 weeks here and quickly got into the Island rhythm. Walking Eagle Beach in the morning, some days hanging at the pool, some excursion tours, driving to different beaches and spending most days hanging out at Eagle Beach.To get the most out of Eagle Beach you will have to start early. I would start by taking two beach chairs and placing them at my favorite Palapas at 6:30AM. Go back to the condo have breakfast take a walk be back at our beach spot around 9:00 and spend the rest of the day there, usually leaving early afternoon depending on the crowds.It can really crowded on days when the cruise ships dock. Luckily the front desk has the cruise ship schedule so you can plan accordingly.I definitely plan on returning, hopefully for a longer stay.

Great Stay In Aruba!

Don’t hesitate to book this condo. It’s was exactly as advertised. Great communication with the owner Maria. Spacious unit with incredible views of the sunset over Eagle Beach each evening. Amenities make your stay feel similar to a hotel. Great place!

The condo is beautiful and much larger than you would expect. The corner views where amazing and the walk to Eagle Beach only takes a few minutes. We loved staying on the quiet side of the island and then being only 10 minutes from the resort area for nightly activities. The condo management and host treated us very well.

Great condo steps away from Eagle

This is a beautiful place! Loved the location and the pool/hot tub. Maria and her Prestige team were incredible. Delicious restaurants in walking distance. Grocery store 5 min drive. Amazing vacation and we will for sure be back. Thank you Maria!!

This property was awesome! It was super clean, had cold air conditioning, and had super helpful staff. The location is just a little outside of the big touristy areas, but it's a short taxi ride to get to where all the action is. Lastly, the views from the balcony are worth the price. There were great views throughout the condo, and the sunsets were spectacular.

One word…. Fabulous!

Everything thing about this condo was perfect. The location at Eagle Beach is great- not crowded and close to everything on the island. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The pool area and grounds are lovely. There are views of the Caribbean from very room! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Aruba and would stay here again for sure!

Amazing Views

We just got back from our Aruba trip and this premier host and her condo was awesome. This was the best trip due to this condo as we sat in awe at the views and Location. This is a premium condo and the grounds of the property are also 1st class. Beautiful big pool. This is a must rent condo. We will be coming back for sure. Beautiful property at an excellent location

Our stay at this location was simply the best. The view and close proximity of Eagle beach across the street was the simply the best. Eagle beach was never overly crowded and easy walking distance to a range of different restaurants with a very close large grocery store. I can't say enough about the wonderful concierge service and how well kept the property was. After seeing some of the other properties we almost picked, we know the choice was we made was spot on with this pick. Very quite and not crowded. Morning coffee from the balcony of this place was the best. Thank you Maria!! We would love to visit again in the future.

Beautiful condo and awesome views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It has simply amazing views from both inside and the deck -- for awesome sunsets and simply relaxing and reading a book. The staff at Le Vent were friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions, and were kind enough to call us cabs and give us directions. The pool and ground were spotless, and other guests were very friendly as well. We will be back! I now understand why Aruba has the highest return rates of all the islands.

Amazing vacation

From check in to check out LeVent was great for our family. Every morning waking up to a perfect view and enjoying a pot of coffee. No need to get up early to reserve a seat at the pool, we had plenty of spots available throughout the day. The beach is a quick walk across the street, the chairs for the unit were perfect to relax with and a roller cooler and an ice machine was super handy everyday. We never heard a door slam or even knew there was anyone else on our hall, super quiet the whole time.

Island Paradise

Had an amazing 9 night stay. The unit was clean and felt like home. The pictures on VRBO don't do this unit justice. Absolutely breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. Perfect for our family of 4!We enjoyed eating breakfast each morning at the kitchen bar overlooking the water. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and pans you could possibly need.Both bedrooms were spacious, and the beds and pillows were perfect! It made for great night sleep after a day on the beach.The ocean and beach could be seen in every room in the unit and we could see the California Lighthouse from our shower in the master bedroom and the Aruba Aloe shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the showers were a great touch.The 659p sunsets were a must see from the wrap around balcony. We never enjoyed our morning coffee/tea more and our nightcap overlooking the beach and activity on the walking bath. Can't wait for a return trip VERY SOON!

Amazing!!!!

I can’t say enough about this property!!! It had a great view and it was an awesome location. We were walking distance (across the street) from Eagle beach but not the crowded part of eagle beach. You can rent palapas for the day for just $35 and order food and drinks from the resort next door/you do need to get there around 9am to get one because they are first come first serve. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel service that was included was exceptionally nice to have!! The pool and hot tub were never crowded. We came to Aruba in October and the weather was absolutely beautiful ❤️. I would stay here again it was the best vacation stay I could have asked for.

Great space for my big family

We needed a place with bathrooms and laundry facilities. We wanted a place to have a delightful view. We really appreciated the grocery and fancy kitchen especially after we were disappointed by the restaurants we chose and overwhelmed by the 300usd price tag that came with the meals. We have done a lot of traveling in tropics and the quality of the housing and infrastructure was most impressive and so appreciated. The gatekeeper took good care of us for taxi service. He was a dear. Pool was beautiful. Three minute walk to beach and bike/running path for our morning trots.

Thank you, Connie! We loved our condo and WHEN we come back to Aruba, we will be staying here again. Connie is an incredible host! She's available when you need any questions answered and responds within 30 min. Her secret weapon though is Lee! The building manager who does a great job and was very informative. He gave us recommendations, was accommodating, and full of knowledge about the island. The condo is beautiful and has an incredible view of Eagle Beach with the wrap around balcony. It took us 5 min. to walk across the street to our little getaway everyday. The amenities are great! We had 4 beach chairs they provided, beach towels that you can exchange for new ones everyday, and they have a maid service that comes everyday to do a lite cleanup/replenishing of towels. The condo is just like the pictures, has AC, laundry, and 2 1/2 baths for as many as 6+ people. The building itself has a great pool and hot tub for when you want to get away from the sand and beach. Eagle Beach is less crowded than where the high rises are and would recommend this area if you want more of a quieter vacation. Still enough going on, like the local sand soccer matches and the Coco Loco bar about 0.8 miles down the beach, but a bigger beach and less crowded. The best part about our stay, it felt like home and it was easy living. They truly have all you need while you're there.

Amazing !!!

From start to finish this property was amazing and the amenities were perfect. The condo was clean, the staff (Orlando) was amazing, and the location right next to Eagle Beach! Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be considering Maria every time I come to Aruba!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property did not disappoint. This property had the most amazing beach and sunset views. Better than advertised. The unit was spotless upon our arrival and we were greeted by Orlando, who was our go to all week. We were so satisfied with the unit and all it had to offer we are booking for next year!

Good property

Good property overall. The condo was very clean with a great view! Very spacious and clean. Enjoyed several nights on the balcony. The only thing that was an issue was the beach. My family enjoys spending time on the beach and there weren’t any covered cabanas available on any day. Most people would come down early and put a towel on a few chairs and the leave. There were also a couple of days where the beach “crew” was seen placing their own items in the cabanas to reserve them for certain guests (for a tip, of course). Overall, a good condo. Orlando was terrific and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

Great stay while it lasted....covid-19

We arrived in Aruba on March 15/20 with the intention to stay the week. Upon arrival we were greeted by Carmichael who promptly showed us to our beautiful suite on the 5th floor. We were given clear instructions on how to use everything in and outside the condo. The condo is beautiful and the views are incredible! It was spotless modern and everything was in good working order. It was a spacious and comfortable space for our family of 6. The pool area is clean modern and very comfortable. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short to get home because of the serious situation of coronavirus going on in the world right now. We consider our short trip a preview for the next time we get to stay for a lot longer! Aruba is absolutely beautiful!
