Riad "LA DOUIRIA" in exclusivity

About the design of the riad. My wife and I designed all the plans and built it with our own hands. As such, in an ecological vision, we have privileged the technical standards of the countries of the North (doubling of the party walls with thermal and sound insulation). On the ground floor, you will find the room “Cannelle” without air conditioning because it is located on the lowest level of the house where the hot air does not manage to saturate the atmosphere (in summer, sometimes guests use it. a fan). On the first floor, the ceiling of the “Safran” room corresponds to the slab that supports the swimming pool located just above. In this configuration, the room is fairly well insulated thanks to the water from the pool (in summer, customers sometimes use a fan). Then you will find the “Paprika” bedroom which has a double bed as well as a single bed. It benefits from air conditioning as the volumes are larger and they might be more difficult to cool with a fan. Fortunately on the terrace, there is the swimming pool which will be welcome to cool off. Finally, if you are very heat sensitive and like to sleep with air conditioning, you can also use the main air conditioning system which is on the second floor at the living room and kitchen level. Its power and orientation allow it to cool the air in the common areas of the house.
