Gorgeous almost new living space. The condo is located on Lake Erie and situated right next to the Sandusky Jet Express. Within walking distance is downtown Sandusky with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. This is an ideal location for that summer vacation to Kelley’s Island, Johnson Island, Put in Bay, Cedar point. The Jet express offers to and from service to the islands and is a 3 minute walk to board. Cedar Point is 4.8 miles away. The unit has been updated with new central air and heat. TWO sets of keys are provided. TWO parking passes are also provided to park in our gated parking lot. Additional parking is available on the street or at the public parking lot next to the marina. This was a great family get- away. Lovely view of the pool and marina. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Location next to the ferry was a plus. Only negative was having just 2 bathrooms.

Cedar point trip

Wonderful & clean condo on Lake Erie!

We had 4 adults, and 4 children stay here and there was plenty of room. It was very spacious and clean. It is very centrally located to many things. Brad was very thorough with all of his communicating and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great property in Downtown Sandusky

Great location in downtown Sandusky! Walking distance to great restaurants and walking paths right on the water. We enjoyed our stay. Perfect property for two families with teen boys. The upstairs loft space with multiple beds, TV and games was a great hang out spot for the teens.

This property is in the best location for anyone interested in Cedar Point, day trips to the islands, or wanting a large open space to relax in. There are so many restaurants and bars within walking distance that in a week you would be lucky to visit them all.

What makes this property unique

The building is secured like a hotel. There are two parking spots included with the rental. The large swimming pool is heated as is the jacuzzi. There is a nice fitness room with a ping pong table as well.
