We will be happy to welcome you in a bungalow, with closed and secure courtyard in a flowery and green setting.
The house includes new equipment and closings with electric shutters.
- 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed and the other with 2 twin beds).
- 1 living room (with flat screen, convertible sofa)
- 1 kitchenette open to the living room (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer)
- 1 bathroom (shower cubicle, and washing machine, hairdryer).
- 1 separate WC
- We provide you with a small relaxation area: (Parasol, table and garden chairs, wood or gas barbecues, lounge, small table and sunbathing

Adorable Cottage

Super adorable Cottage very clean very updated modern with all the amenities you need. Beautiful private outdoor seating, close to the Village, choice to walk or drive or even ride a bike. Bikes were provided if we wanted to use them. The owners were super friendly could not help us enough to be comfortable! I would highly recommend this property.

Hôtes chaleureux et logement idéal

Environnement très calme et reposant. Extérieurs agréables et très bien entretenus. Le logement a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour et c'est impeccable. L'accueil des nos hôtes était très chaleureux. Merci pour le bouquet de muguet à l'arrivée.

Dommage !

La maison est petite mais agréable, le séjour a pâti de la présence du propriétaire habitant à côté du gite et dont le souci est la consommation d'électricité. Il n'hésite pas a venir commenter ce qu'il juge excessif, ou non approprié dans l'usage du lieu. En effet, il "surveille" ses compteurs, et vient faire ses remarques, ce qui est franchement désagréable et indélicat. À noter que la propriétaire, de son côtés, est tout à fait accueillante.

Quelle mauvaise foi, dommage ! Est-ce que vous laisseriez les fenêtres ouvertes avec un chauffage allumé chez vous ? Je ne crois pas. L'application de consommation en temps réel et le compteur exclusif au logement nous l'ont confirmé. En réponse à votre commentaire, ce n'est pas ma préoccupation première mais surtout le bien être de mes locataires en évitant le gaspillage d'énergie pour pouvoir continuer à améliorer et entretenir les lieux. Petite maison au calme dans un tout petit village au bord de Loire avec grande cour fermée pour y laisser la voiture. Très bon accueil, propriétaires très sympathiques. Literie très correcte, grand frigo, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Région magnifique avec de superbes châteaux (Chambord à 10 mn, Chenonceaux à 50 mn), la magnifique ville de Blois traversée par la Loire (à 15 mn à voir), ville de Tours à 1h très jolie et plein de belles ballades à faire car beaucoup de bois / forêts / cours d'eau... Nous recommandons cette location et cette région.
