Located in the lower Ardèche near Vallon Pont D'arc, the Pont d'Arc cave, a replica of the Chauvet cave, the Ardèche gorges and the Pont D'arc gorges, villages such as: Orgnac l'Aven, Labeaume, Balazuc, Voguë with its castle from another era without forgetting Aubenas. Very close to Barjac with its flea markets, Uzes, the Cèze valley, Nimes, Montpellier. This villa is surrounded by woods, with no direct neighbors and about 2 km from all shops. The owners live on a neighboring plot to help you if necessary. They chose to make this place a place conducive to calm and serenity.
Contemporary villa of 200 m2 fully air conditioned and heated by heated floor for 8 people. 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. on the ground floor and upstairs. The house is very bright and offers beautiful volumes. Swimming pool of 12 m X 6.5 m unfenced, secured by an alarm. Enclosed grounds of 4,300 m2. Shelter for 2 cars. It is the ideal starting point for hiking or mountain biking. Possibility of horseback riding in the woods, 2 mm tree climbing, Indy Parc, Canoes on the Ardèche, and many activities nearby ... The markets of Barjac on Friday, Vallon on Thursday and Uzes superb market on Saturday morning. For a stay longer than 1 week, a discount will be granted. Ask for a quote.

Spacious property in beautiful location!

We stayed at Christine’s house for the first half of August -- when the weather was very very hot. Thankfully, the wonderful property is fully air-conditioned and has a terrific swimming pool for cooling down. There is a huge garden, not really shown in the photos, so there is plenty of outdoor space. There’s even a large garage for the car. Christine could not have been more welcoming, she met us on arrival and sent regular messages to check that all was ok. The property is located in a great area, close to the Ardeche river, with many villages, caves and other attractions all within 30 minutes. The house is a perfect haven away from the busy tourist spots! You can also walk straight from the front door into the surrounding hills and explore the forest paths and dry river beds, you could even walk to the famous Pont D’Arc in about 90 minutes. It’s a long drive from the UK, but very much worth the effort!

Amazing pool and garden

We stayed in this house during August and were overwhelmed by the spaciousness of the property. The garden is amazing, so is the pool and the kids spend hours jumping in the pool from the wooden board. We had our dog with us and were very happy to find out that the property is safely fenced in!! Though the house is very spacious and clean also, it is not very well equipped. Only 1 towel/person, no pool towels, no curtains in living and dining areas (though curtain rods), no place mats, kitchen very badly equipped (cooking needs more than pots and plates…), etc. We felt like the owner had taken out everything personal after moving out to the house next door. With just a little bit of detail though the house could be turned into a very special place again.

Bonjour, Suite au Covid je n'ai laissé que l'essentiel. J'ai effectivement enlevé les tapis, les rideaux... qui pouvaient être facteur de risque et ne pouvaient se nettoyer toutes les semaines. Concernant la cuisine elle est équipée de la même façon que la mienne. J'avoue beaucoup cuisiner mais avec des choses simples casserole, cocottes... Par contre, n'hésitez pas à me dire ce que vous auriez aimé avoir pour m'aider pour la suite. Les serviettes qui sont dans la maison sont de grandes serviettes au début je mettais plusieurs petites serviettes et plusieurs personnes m'ont dit préférer une seule serviette mais grande c'est pourquoi il y a ces grandes serviettes de toilettes. Par contre, l'annonce ne mentionne pas les serviettes de plage mais il ne fallait pas vous gêner je vous en aurais prêté. J'attends votre retour concernant la cuisine. Merci. Cordialement

Cette propriété est un petit paradis! En pleine nature, l’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer dans un endroit verdoyant et calme.La maison est très bien équipée, on s’y sent chez soi. J’ai beaucoup profité de l’extérieur avec son immense parc arboré et sa piscine. Mon petit chien était de la partie et a grandement apprécié son séjour lui aussi, sans stress pour moi car le terrain est bien clôturé. La propriétaire a été très agréable et disponible. Merci pour cet agréable séjour, je reviendrai !

Fantastische woning in een prachtig gebied!

We hebben genoten! Het huis is voor een groep van 8 personen een perfect verblijf, (bijna) alles is aanwezig. De eigenaresse Christine is zeer vriendelijk en vrijwel continue bereikbaar als dat nodig is. Enigste minpuntje wat we konden bedenken was het missen van een parasol bij het zwembad en op het 'tweede' terras; hier zelf een oplossing voor bedacht ;)... In de woning is ook vrijwel alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, de airco's werken goed en zijn echt heel fijn voor de warme zomernachten. Wat we echt heel fijn vonden was dat het huis werkelijk is ingericht voor de 8 personen waar we mee op reis waren! Een echte aanrader in alles!

Fabulous house and pool - just like the pictures

Pool is great, although a bit cold when we stayed. It’s plenty deep enough to jump and dive off the wooden walkway. Good location for exploring the Ardeche Gorge. It’s only 2km to Salavas which has a bar, bakery, and newsagent, although we never walked as it’s along a busy road. Only a couple of minor negatives : The house is very near the main road which is pretty busy and quite noisy at times. The table tennis table needs a new net and a couple of new bats and balls. It would be nice to have some more games - maybe pétanque, darts, badminton, board games. Christine is a lovely host and overall we would definitely recommend provided you’re happy to drive to all amenities. Canoeing down the gorge was amazing and is a must do activity - we also liked the village of Labaume and the river was still warm enough for swimming in late September

Een ruim, proper en prachtig gelegen verblijf. Heel leuk zwembad, de kinderen waren er dol op. Vlakbij de Ardèche, vallon pont d'arc en andere bezienswaardigheden. Elke avond leuke marktjes in nabijgelegen dorpjes. Een aanrader 👌

Belle maison, beau jardin et très belle piscine dans un très bel environnement

Ruime woning met mooi zwembad

Alles was zeer net en goed onderhouden. Mogelijkheden genoeg om te wandelen, kayaken en fietsen in de buurt. Supermarkt op nog geen 10 min. Supermooi zwembad en mooie tuin. Feit dat eigenaars in de buurt wonen, was zeker niet storend. Ze kwamen 1x langs en enkel op ons verzoek (stroompanne door onweer). Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw trouwens. Een klein minpuntje: 1 airco in de eetkamer deed t niet, maar de airco van de living maakte veel goed. Al bij al zeker een aanrader.

Deux semaines de vacances relaxantes

Nous avons passé deux super semaines de vacances en famille avec deux enfants de 9 et 7 ans dans cette magnifique maison. La maison est très bien située et bien équipée. Nous avons bien profité de cette grande et belle piscine chaque jour au calme. Christine était toujours joignable et très disponible pour répondre à tous nos besoins.

Stylish decoration. A toilet in the ensuite bathroom and a wash basin in the downstairs cloakroom were missing which was a bit odd We had a great stay.

Endroit idéal pour des vacances inoubliables !

Villa magnifique très bien entretenue ,dans un environnement calme ,mais avec toutes les commodités à coté.Toutes les conditions sont réunies par les propriétaires toujours à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse pour que les vacanciers passent d'excellentes vacances .Nous reviendrons dans cette belle Ardèche !
