About this property

Seacrest ~ Beach Front Condo

A newly top to bottom renovated condo with a gorgeous front ocean view!

NEW as of November 2022: Dryer/Washer; Recliner; Outdoor furniture.

This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit, located on the 7th floor, sleeps up to 6 and is perfect for a couple or a family with young children.

Everything in the unit, including appliances and furniture, is brand NEW. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a King size bed in the bedroom, adorable built-in bunk beds in the hallway and a queen leather sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room and a rocking recliner. A privacy pocket door can be used to separate the bedroom and bunk beds from the living area.

We provide table and board games (checkers, dominoes, monopoly, Jenga, junior scrabble, etc), DVD movies and several books for your enjoyment. The unit has 2 HD TV’s, a blu-ray/DVD player. Mediacom cable and free wi-fi are provided by our owner association. We also provide Beach chairs (2) an umbrella and kids sand toys for you to relax at the beach.

The amenities include a Gulf side pool, a hot tub, boardwalk w/shower to the beach, pool side restrooms, gulf side grills and a bicycle parking rack.

The building has 2 elevators, luggage carts and a covered entrance with automatic doors to make it easy for you to unload as you come in.

Note: no rentals will be allowed for guests under the age of 25 per our association rules.

This was just a quick weekend get away since we were in the area for another reason anyway. Great sitting on the balcony and watching/listening to the surf. Condo was great! The bed was particularly comfortable for our preferences. Only complaint would be I was not a big fan of the Adirondack style rocking chairs on the balcony. But that's just my preference. Overall highly recommended.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at the condo! The kids LOVED the bunk beds and we had a wonderful view from the balcony. We even were able to watch dolphins from the balcony on two of our mornings there.

Enjoyed a Thanksgiving getaway and this was the perfect condo right on the beach. Amenities were nice from in unit washer/dryer, equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. We look forward to staying again sometime.
