Our condo was clean and spacious. It was easily accessible to shopping, dining at a diverse set of restaurants and beaches. It was close to many fine golf courses and we enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was very close and the people who shared it were very friendly

Two week rental at Naples Bath and Tennis

We were very pleased as the spacious condo was very well furnished and we loved our location on a lake. Condo location was excellent as it was close to beaches, exciting downtown Naples, shopping etc. plus great professional tennis matches to watch. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and delicious local fresh strawberries!

Super nice condo in a great community. friendly people, great landscaping, nice pools and hottubs. Condo is roomy, 1200 sq feet, 2 bed, 2 bath, open layout from front to back with great views out the back and morning sunshine. Condo is very nicely equipped and recently updated. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby and easy quick trip to old naples and or the beaches. It was very peaceful and quiet and we felt very safe and secluded.

This was a perfect getaway. The condo, the proximity of the pool, the serene lake. Perfect!!

Tamara was a wonderful host and made herself available by phone, as well as being able to greet us at the time of our arrival. It was easy to go shopping for food and other items due to the close supermarket and Target nearby. My kids loved the pool and went ecery morning, since it was steps away. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated and roomy. The beach was only a 15 minute drive and Tamara had the condo fully stocked with everything you would need, including towels, chairs and umbrella Loved our time there. Definitely want to come back as a regular guest!

Naples Condo

The condo was very nice and the Manager was very hospitable. I was disappointed that I wasn't able to use the Casel Sanchez tennis facility (which is a short distance from the condo) the way I had hoped. There was a huge fee in order to play tennis there. I thought it would have been more reasonable. I was also disappointed with the size of the pool for the development. The pluses are that the location was quiet. We had to get in the car a lot since there was nothing within walking distance for restaurants. If your looking for a quiet location with a very nice condo setup this is the place to go.

Thank you for your review and for choosing our Costal Home. Unfortunately, tennis academy is not part of the subdivision and to use their facilities requires day/week/month membership purchase. There is also a shortcut from the property if you want to walk and we are just behind the Publix plaza with a lot of restaurants and a movie theater. So there is no need to drive around. I wished I knew sooner that you wanted to make trips there. Should you decide to visit another time, I can help with the directions and the gate. Glad you enjoyed your stay and left a good feedback. we always want our guests to have great experience.

Condo with everything you could want.

Enjoyed our Naples stay. The condo was fully stocked and beautifully decorated. The place felt safe and the other renters in the complex delightful. The only disappointment was the club we were to have access to for the pool and work out facilities was closed.

The pool and workout facility you mentioned are part of the tennis academy and we do not have the control over those. Our own pool, that is not the Olympic size, has been open all the time and just steps away from the condo. It is even open now during the pandemic. Clean and spacious and a great location

We had easy access to beaches, pool, shopping and all of our friends who stay in Naples. The restaurants were plentiful and diverse. We enjoyed the condo very much. It felt like home while we were there. The pool was close and the people who shared it were very friendly.

Review of 1636A Spoonbill in Naples, Fl

Property has everything we needed for our stay of 26 days. The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils to either cook meals or carry in. The grounds and facilities were exceptional. Plenty of walking paths and a tennis facility that was in excellent condition. The Association had its own pool which we made good use of. It was only 40 yards from the unit. Unit owner was very accommodating and eager to help in any way possible.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this condo,furnished it to Floridian style and think it will be a fabulous spot for your next vacation. Just sitting in the lanai and watching the flock of white ibises, ducks, spoonbills and storks grazing nearby makes you feel in a special place.
There is some big fish swimming in the lake and you can see fins on the water surface very often.
