Bien situé et fonctionnel

Nous avons loué ce logement en janvier 2024. Rapport qualité prix impeccable. Les chambres sont espacées l'une de l'autre. La cuisine est plutôt fonctionnelle. Grand placard dans entrée et la chambre. Balcon bien orienté. L accès a l'immeuble a été un peu dur à trouver en arrivant de nuit mais après être installes tout va bien. Proche des pistes et cours ESF pour les petits ou les grands. La station est sympathique mes enfants et nous avons déjà envie d'y retourner L'1

Un coup de coeur pour cet appartement très bien agencé et équipé et parfaitement situé. Nous étions en couple avec nos 2 enfants de 2 et 4 ans, tout le nécessaire est mis à disposition pour les enfants, lit parapluie, rehausseur petite chaise, jeux... Appartement conforme à la description, fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien situé, avec un grand balcon ensoleillé et une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Bonnes communications avec le propriétaire. Je précise pour de futurs locataires que l'accès au bâtiment se fait par un long escalier partiellement caché qui se trouve à gauche de l'office du tourisme mais n'ayez crainte, vous n'aurez pas à gravir cet escalier avec vos skis sur les épaules car il y a un accès à l'arrière du bâtiment pour rejoindre les pistes plus facilement. Les pistes sont vraiment à 2mn à pied. Tous les commerces à proximité immédiate, et le magasin de ski en bas de l'immeuble. Le seul point gênant, c'est pour garer la voiture. Si vous avez de la chance, vous trouverez un emplacement le long de la route un peu plus bas. Sinon, ce sera le parking à l'entrée du village. Quoiqu'il en soit, je recommande fortement cette location.

Wie in Frankreich gewohnt ist die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Appartementgebäude grenzwertig. Das Appartement selber war OK. Größtes Manko: Der Schlafraum für die Kinder war ohne Fenster 😟. Die Küche war sehr klein und der Herd hatte nur 2 Kochfelder. Das ist zu wenig für ein Appartement 4-6 Personen. Parking und Wifi gab es nicht, obwohl in der Beschreibung aufgelistet 😟.
