In a typically Mediterranean hilltop village, close (3km) to a town with a very rich past (the black pearl of Languedoc), at the gates of the garrigue, an area of freedom for mountain bike rides; 20 minutes from the beaches including "rochelongue" cap d'agde, come and enjoy a pleasant spacious house, 4 bedrooms, swimming pool on 1000 m2 of gardens.

Composition:

Ground floor: living room, dining room, fireplace. 2 Bedrooms (each a double bed), fully equipped fitted kitchen. Bathroom.

Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and 1 double bed. And a sofa bed and one with 1 double bed and 1 double bed in one of the bedrooms.

Exterior: plancha, 4 sun loungers, modern (not on the photos), several terraces…

Round swimming pool of almost 7 m in diameter. Perfect. Maximum depth 1.50 m


The household appliances are complete. Beds made on arrival.

The prices are indicated for the entire rental for one week and the maximum number of people.
They include electricity, water and heating and the tourist tax.
