Parents weekend

We enjoyed our stay: the property was clean, Jennifer was responsive to bathroom maintenance needs. We did have disruption on our last morning with needing to let in a furniture repairmen at 7:30 AM which was not a welcome request, but we accomadetes. Location is great for access to old town.

I felt terrible asking you to allow access to the property that last morning, but as I had said, I had been waiting 3 months for the appointment and was not able to pick the time. I never interrupt my guests unless it's something very important. In this case, the sofa bed had been non-functioning for months due to a previous guest's damage. When I asked if it would be OK for the repairman to enter you said it wouldn't be a problem since you were an early riser. I had hoped that allowing you to check in early and check out late may have made up for the disruption.

Quick, Relaxing Stop Over

We were in Scottsdale for 3 days and stayed here with my husband, 9 year old daughter and my sister. Plenty of space, very clean, nice outdoor space. Plenty of things within walking distance and close to Camelback. We really enjoyed the condo and the space. A little street noise and laundry is across parking lot but neither of those things outweighed the location and cleanliness! We would stay here again.

Great little getaway for a warm weathered girls trip

My friend and I stayed here for a quick weekend to get away from the cold. Walking distance to Sprouts, TJ Maxx, lots of restaurants and nail salon. Nice pool - very popular on warm days but quiet. Lots of useful stuff in the kitchen and bathrooms (toiletries, sunscreen, condiments). My only 2 suggestions would be a box fan for the Master bedroom for white noise since it faces the road and blackout curtains for the front bedroom because there is an exterior light that can't be turned off and its noticeable even with the curtains closed.

Great Old Scottsdale Location

Low on curb appeal (front door is behind dumpster) but with enough space for two couples to be comfortable. Walkable to shops, bars & cafes of Old Scottsdale. Prior guest or regular occupant had food with a lot of curry in the living room which took a few days to air out/get used to. Street & parking lot noise is rather high but comes with the popular neighborhood and its many VRBO type guests around you.

Excessive noise!

One set of windows opens up to busy 4 lane road with traffic from 6:30 Am-10:30 PM. In addition, advertised Hot Tub and when we arrived Hot Tub was out of order. We checked into it and it was out of order two and a half weeks prior to our arrival and we had no communication. Would have relocated if we knew.

I'm afraid you were given incorrect information about how long the hot tub was out of operation for repairs. If you had reached out to me directly, I would have given you the correct information. It was not down that long. At no time during your stay did you mention any issues whatsoever. It is true that the condo backs the road, the road noise noise is not from 6:30 to 10:30. I'm really sad to see that you exaggerated all the details and ruined my almost perfect rating with 3 starts when I try so very hard to please my guests by paying attention to every small detail, including providing my guests with things like a basket full of snacks and a bottle of wine to greet them upon check in. I would have thought you might have found one small detail to be happy about.

This condo was everything we had hoped for. First floor ease of access with a close parking spot. Very comfortable, and stocked with all of the little things you need. Right in the middle of Scottsdale is where we wanted to be, and this was the perfect spot. Close to everything.

Rented the condo for a group of three. We loved it! Never going back to hotels when we visit Scottsdale. Right by downtown and does an excellent job of blocking sound. Had a lot of pleasant surprises such as toiletries, games, condiments, etc. Plus the bottle of wine ;)

This was a wonderful condo, very clean and nice. There was a nice pool area and a huge hot tub. It was a little noisy in the master bedroom with the traffic from the road but that was the only negative thing.
