The master bedroom has a king bed and can either be opened to the living room or closed off with the folding wall. The guest bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and a colorful décor. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. This is a non-smoking complex. No smoking allowed on lanais, in the units, or on the grounds.

The Sandy Bend complex has eight two-bedroom/two-bathroom condos, a four-bedroom cottage, a building elevator, and tennis courts. Please note: Sandy Bend is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted in units, lanais, or on the grounds. The house located behind the condo building will be under construction. The area will be enclosed with fencing, but guests should expect noise and construction vehicles. The Tennis courts are currently inoperable as they are being used to host construction equipment.
