Proven Family FAVORITE with a great view. Convenient OCEANFRONT property

A Place at the Beach IV, SEAGULL 216, Beachfront , 2nd floor location.:

NEW wider beaches. Beach Restoration completed. Winter monthly and weekly prices available

Plank flooring and granite countertops recently added.

Enjoy the wide variety of on-site amenities including courtyard pool, deck, children's pool, grills and picnic area. Relaxing tiled balcony with new furniture is off the den and master BR with a wide ocean view. New TCL and Element LED TVs in both the master bedroom and den. Full kitchen and dining area with all amenities including updated kitchen appliances and cookware. The primary bedroom is spacious and has a QUEEN bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full size twin rollaway. A departure cleaning is included in the total price.

Important: An additional charge of $40.00 for the week has been added for linen and towel service.. The service will have the beds made and all towels laid out. Starter packs of paper towel and toilet paper are included with the package along with dish towels. They will also pick up after departure. You just leave the linens on the beds and towels in the hallway bathtub. If you want to save the $40 and bring your own please contact us before booking.

The ocean is right down the hallway and there is an outside shower as well as complimentary unassigned parking. This unit is close proximity to the laundry room. Chairs and beach accessories are in the utility closet for everyone to enjoy. Guard gate security and grounds attendee is on duty in the summer months from 3pm to 10pm.

Ample pool furniture is complimentary April through October

Our unit is just a short walk down the beach to the Apache pier and popular on the beach attractions including Ocean Annies, Flip Flops and the Pier Grill. Broadway at the Beach, Duplin Winery and Barefoot Landing attractions are only minutes away. Tanger Outlets and Arcadian Commons (Marshalls, Ross and Wal-Mart shopping only 2 minutes away. Kroger grocery store is only one minute away. The condo is conveniently located also in the Restaurant Row stretch of Myrtle Beach!

Sorry but NO pets or motorcycles (bikes) allowed per Association guidelines. We also have a NO SMOKING policy as well including the balcony area. Please honor our request.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, convenient unassigned parking, linen package and departure cleaning are included in the total cost of the rental.

Excellent Beach Vacation & Condo

This Place At The Beach has been nicely updated/decorated, and is in an excellent location. The owners obviously take pride in their place and even the little things like extra coffee mugs and utensils were provided. They even have beach chairs so you don't have to use valuable space in your car bringing your own. Clean linens were provided at a very reasonable price. The condo is immaculately clean. The hosts responded quickly to emails & texts. We hope to stay at their place again in the future. Thank you!

Great Week in North Myrtle

From day 1, our stay was top notch. We were even able to check in a little bit early on Saturday which was extra nice. The condo is cozy but serviceable. The balcony was nice and shaded for morning coffee. We needed some kitchen items (peeler and cheese grater) for dinner one night and Andy had them at our door in less than an hour! Lots of beach chairs and beach equipment too! Only con is that the 2nd bedroom gets a bit warm as there is no direct a/c to the room. We would definitely return in the future.

Home away from home

One of the absolute best properties we have ever stayed in . Property was clean, had everything we needed for our stay , is on the beach , and conveniently located to several shops and restaurants! We absolutely loved staying here . The Property owners reached out personally via text and call to make sure we had all the information we needed and to answer any questions that we had. We cannot wait to book this property again. Already planning on next year's trip!!!

Perfect little place at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. Have never had a shorter walk to the beach. Several good restaurants nearby. I’m a seafood guy at the beach, but oddly enough, you MUST try Coast Pizza. Fantastic! So many fun things to do in Myrtle Beach. Can’t wait to go back! Our host was incredible the whole time with communication. First rate stay and hope to visit again!

Wonderful beach location!

Our family loved the proximity to the beach! It was a short walk down the stairs, and that's it! The overall condo location was nice. It's tucked back away from some of the overall hustle and bustle. There are a few food places and an ice cream place that we enjoyed without having to fight the crowds of the larger myrtle beach/north myrtle beach area. Having the onsite pool was a must for our family. July is a hot month and with 2 young kids, we needed the option to have a relaxed pool setting the kids could enjoy while we relaxed. The condo was nice. Everything you needed was right at your fingertips. Andy was a pleasure to work with, and genuinely cared that us and our girls had a wonderful time. Thank you again for the hospitality Andy!

The condo was everything as advertised! The owner was very helpful with laying out access information and checking on us when we arrived to make sure we were pleased with the unit. The condo was well equiped with kitchen ware and the Wi-Fi worked great. The sunsets were beautiful and we had a great view of the ocean. The condo was exactly what we needed with our grandkids and parking was very convenient. This location was very close to restuarants and the major attractions in Myrtle Beach. Comfortable Stay on Shore Drive

We decided to book a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach after the new year, and just over 2 weeks after, we are still talking about how great our trip was. Initially, I was skeptical about what communication would be like with the condo owner, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised. From the start, the owner was responsive to our request, answered our questions, and just made himself available to us for any other needs in the future. When we arrived, I was pleased to find a bright and clean condo. The kitchen had every essential that we could need, and the appliances were in great shape. The overall feel of the condo was that it was just recently renovated, but the owner said that it hasn’t had major renovation recently. I was really surprised how nice it was. Some pluses: free WiFi, gorgeous views of the beach, only a few steps from the beach and lots of parking spots. Also the Laundry room is very close to the condo, which was nice. Lastly, the beach was HUGE! The beach has Lots of shells (and sharks teeth). We really enjoyed being on the 2nd floor. It was very quiet and peaceful. Incredible value for what we paid. I seriously couldn’t believe how nice this place was for the price.

My family enjoys having a place at the beach to escape to and enjoy the family atmosphere of A Place at the Beach lV. We continue to upgrade our properties and make them comfortable and affordable for travelers throughout the year. I enjoy shopping, painting beach landscapes and relaxing on the beach. I also enjoy Duplin winery and the many restaurants and attractions within a few miles of our condo.

Why they chose this property

Second floor is convenient and requested by many travelers for the view. Also, the property is very family oriented and within 2 miles of Tanger Outlets, 5 miles to Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. The Apache pier (longest wooden pier on the East coast is only a few hundred yards away). Laundry room is conveniently located across the hallway. Walking distance to beach bars and several restaurants is a plus!

What makes this property unique

Many onsite amenities include grounds security in the summer months, free parking and wi-fi and a property manager on site. A spacious courtyard with pool, children's pool and grills are also a favorite among guests. Also, each unit has a spacious balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or ocean view. Spacious laundry rooms are located at the top of the stairs on both second and third floors. Three washers and three dryers per laundry room.
