Déception à notre arrivée

Suite à la remise de la clé nous nous sommes aperçus qu'il y avait des toiles d'araignées dans tous les recoins et le ménage n'avait pas été fait, donc nous avons commencés par faire un peu de nettoyage et nous l'avons signalé au propriétaire. Nous avons tout de même passé de bonnes vacances, la région est très belle.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans ce logement, nous n'avons rencontré aucune contrainte excepté les problèmes de réseau téléphonique mais à part ça, le lieux est chaleureux, le personnel est très agréable, le logement est situé non loin de la mer, les velux aux plafonds permettent d'avoir une luminosité optimale surtout que désormais il est possible de les ouvrir facilement à l'aide d'une corde. L'appartement est propre et confortable. Lors des marrées basses, nous sommes aller pécher et nous ne sommes pas revenu les mains vides (loin de là). Le logement se situe dans un coin tranquille c'est parfait. C'était un très bon week-end.

Location bien équipée et bien située dans ce joli cadre maritime. Tres belles promenades à faire Acceuil sympathique du propriétaire qui prend le temps de discuter le temps de notre séjour.A re faire.

très bon séjour

Appartement très fonctionnel, idéal pour 2 personnes. Bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Facile à entretenir. Son plus est la terrasse sans vis-à-vis, bien au calme où l'on se sent parfaitement bien. Immense cuisine équipée, salle de bains lumineuse et bien aérée (aucun souci pour ouvrir les velux de la chambre et la SdB). Propriétaire charmant, souple sur les horaires. Damgan nous a beaucoup plus, le centre-ville est très agréable. La mer est à proximité de la location. Et le Morbihan vaut le détour et un séjour.

Bien pour 1 semaine

Appartement de plein pied, propre et coin cuisine fonctionnel. idéal pour 2 personnes. Plage toute proche et centre ville très agréable. Gros bémol dans l'appartement, l'ouverture des fenêtres de toit est très compliquée car très hautes. réseau wifi et téléphonie à améliorer.(cela viendra avec le temps ) Ceci ne remet nullement en question l'accueil très chaleureux que nous avons reçu.

Tout juste acceptable pour un très bref séjour et s'il fait beau !

Logement peu accueillant en raison de l'odeur de renfermé, de la vétusté ou de la mauvaise qualité du mobilier (canapé, bois de lit) mais surtout de l'impossibilité d'ouverture des vélux trop hauts et donc d'aérer. Il n'y a aucune fenêtre en dehors de la baie vitrée. Ceci est un gros problème pour la chambre. Le ménage est fait mais il ne faut pas être maniaque et y regarder de trop près ! Par contre, l'équipement de la cuisine est satisfaisant. Un grand merci à Antonin (personne chargée de donner les clés aux locataires) qui a su nous accueillir avec une très grande gentillesse et disponibilité.

heureusement, la chaleur n'était pas au rendez vous !

Si l'aménagement de l'appartement ( H ) est correct ( bien agencé, bonne literie etc...) dans ce T2 recèle une une sacrée anomalie : A part la porte d'entrée ( que l'on voit bien sur la photo!!) il n'y a aucune autre ouverture ! ni ventilation !! Il n'y a dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain/toilette qu'un vélux qui doit être à + de 3 m de haut et qui est inaccessible... Et lorsque le soleil aura tapé dessus toute la journée, ce sera une véritable fournaise!! Et même pas de VMC dans les toilettes( qui sont dans la salle de bain...) Inadmissible!!! Et ...de plus, ni TV ni internet...( c'était en panne!!) .Et la 4 G (avec free) ne passait pas! A vous de vous faire votre opinion : je ne relate que des faits! Heureusement, très bon accueil d' Antonin..mais qui ne fait que ce qu'il peut!!
