Lovely place and lovely location

This was a really lovely place/location. The apartment was spacious, fresh and modern. The position of the place was perfect for us (beach across the road and coffee/bakery a few minutes walk away) and fantastic value.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment. Extremely convenient location, surrounded by multiple restaurants and easy access to the beautiful Cannes sands across the road. Friendly and responsive host who was readily available to answer any of my Qs. Highly recommended, looking forward to returning here again soon!

Beautiful apartment in the quieter side of Cannes

We have stayed in this ground floor apartment a number of times. It is well equipped and brilliantly positioned for the beach, restaurants and a walk to the Harbour. We prefer this location as it is less busy and touristy compared to the centre. Fair Place are very responsive to requests and we rate them highly.

Great property!

Had an incredible stay here with friends for the MIPIM Conference in Cannes. Walking distance to the Palais and everything else downtown Cannes. Place was everything we were looking for and more. Pictures don’t do it justice. Patio was great to hang out on and the beds and rooms were very comfortable. Jules was fantastic and available all week if we had questions or needed anything. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay!

This a beautiful apartment, very well appointed and in a great location directly across from a beautiful beach. It's exactly as the pictures show. Walking distance to many things, uber readily available too. Jules and Nicolas were wonderful hosts and attended to every need. Highly recommend renting their boat with captain for a day, loved seeing what the locals do. The ferry to St. Tropez was also a highlight of our stay. We would definitely stay again should we make another trip to Cannes!

Beautiful accommodation

The property is exactly as advertised. We arrived at the apartment to be met by Jules who was wonderfully helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. living area was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen contained all you need ! Terrace area was very spacious and private. Apartment is perfectly situated with Cannes town centre just 10 minutes walk away and the beach just across the road. Excellent apartment , excellent location, would highly recommend ! i will certainly be returning !!

Fantastic location and hosts!

Do not hesitate to stay at this wonderful property across from the beach in Cannes. Perfect location to enjoy all that Cannes has to offer. We have rented 8 other places over the last few years and this one was one of our favorites. Loved walking to the marche Forville, and the Palais along the old Port from this location. Also, hosts were always available and willing to help. Modern and clean with a great kitchen and outdoor space. Two large screen TVs but we didn't even turn them on once since we were having so much fun!!

Apartment was excellent. A small problem we want to bring to the attention is the issue with the sun screen which seems to be too sensitive to wind (in order to fully enjoy the terrace it needs a sunscreen). Moreover, the remote control often did not respond properly (perhaps the battery was low?).

Fabulous in every way!

This was our second stay in this lovely apartment. We come to Cannes every year for several weeks and in the past have always stayed on the Croisette in central Cannes. The past two summers we have stayed at this apartment which is just around the charming old port, and we prefer it. It is the perfect distance to the Forville market where you can find fresh produce every morning and it's location directly across from your choice of private or public clean beaches is ideal. We feel more like locals in this location and are still just a few minutes walk to the Croisette. We love the restaurants in this area along the old port and the easy access in and out of Cannes and protected parking. The apartment itself is lovely, offering everything you can desire, especially since Jules and Nicolas are always attentive and at your service, should you desire anything out of the ordinary. The deck is a game changer and makes the apartment feel twice the size. A perfect stay and we look forward to coming back again next summer.

Nice communication with agency. Poor experience in appartement.

Hi readers, we stay for some 2 weeks in the apartment. The app is okay equipped, nothing special but freshly renovated. I rather say what's not okay so you can decide yourself: - We had 2x ANTS in the living room and bath - a colony! The agency came buy and sprayed some chemicals on the floor. Okay but not perfect. - We had 4 days of MASSIVE CONSTRUCTION work right in front of the terrace (no eating, working, playing on terrace possible). We did not get informed beforehand neither got we a reimbursement of some kind that we asked. I understand its a public road but owners/agency should know and inform clients that work happens. - There is some works being done inside the house itself - did not disturb to much but somehow not perfect - Location is central but SUPER NOISE - street level makes it super annoying sitting outside - Terrace gets dirty every day by BIRD "SHIT" so again nothing if you have children playing outside I rated fair because the communication with the agency was nice, the took good care of us but our stay in total was not meeting our expectations (based on the high price) Being a landlord my self, I would always reimburse people even if my neighbor starts reconstructing and if that annoys my clients. Unfortunately not the best stay, we would not come back to this apartment for sure, but maybe with the agency. Best, Dominik

Un très bon séjour

L'accueil de Nicolas est charmant, il vous montre toutes les fonctionnalités de l'appartement, il est à votre écoute et on a un réel plaisir à échanger avec lui, on se sent plus invités que locataires. l'appartement est très bien agencé, très bonne literie , calme, internet illimité. Modern, clean and so close to everything

A very modern and nice flat. The host is served by a conciergerie very professional they took care of everything even before our arrival, then we met Nicolas at the doors waiting to help us. Full of nice little advice about the area and all the local restaurants. It's nice to have someone like that :) The little gift were more than welcome. The apartment was clean and very well furnished. We definitely recommande this place.
