Half stones half wood, "The BRIMBELLES" is a farm Vosgienne became convivial lodging, built on the side of mountain on the rock and in peace with env. 600 m of altitude on a ground of more than 6000 m2. Its configuration makes it an ideal cottage up to 22 people ... or less because it offers the possibility of being modulated and offers: 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (6 basins, 3 showers, 1 bath), 3 WC , a great 'Room to Live' where everyone can find even with different activities (here there is not on one side those who prepare the meal and on the other those who take the aperitif elsewhere, everyone can be together ... or not (there is something to isolate on the ground floor: living room, 2nd kitchen ...), with lounge area TV / DVD by Freebox (free internet), DVD player lounge, play corner, and large American kitchen with large worktops and several sinks, ... A "courtyard" covered (2 cars) welcomes you next to the valley and another terrace, wooden, very large with a 2nd barbecue and garden furniture, extends the living room on the mountain side ...
This' room to live is a real + rarely offered elsewhere, very appreciated by all, not attached to the house but well integrated and that makes it very user-friendly cottage.

'The BRIMBELLES (22 pers.) Is a cottage modulable surface and price:
350 € per week up to 6 people: (The COUNEHET), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet.
950 € up to 16 people: (The little Brimbelle), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
1390 € up to 22 people (The Brimbelles), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets.

Summer weeks are offered from Saturday to Saturday up to 22 people. for 1700 € or from Saturday to Friday (also valid from Monday to Sunday) for only 1390 €.

It brings together in one unit 'La petite Brimbelle' (on 2 levels up to 16 pers.) And 'Le COUNEHET' (down and up to 6 pers.), By a simple staircase and the overall capacity then passes to 22 people (counting 1 sofa bed).

There is then in this complete configuration 3 distinct systems of production of hot water for a better comfort ...

Nous avons passé un très bon WE en famille. Le gite est conforme à la description et aux photos. Il est au calme et sans voisins directs, le terrain est grand. Le stationnement est adapté et facile (7 voitures pour nous). La cuisine est bien équipée permettant facilement de faire des repas pour des grands groupes. La pièce à vivre est parfaite pour de bons moments avec petits et grands (coin jeux, coin salon, coin lecture, grandes tables etc). Le gardien (M Cengiz) est très disponible, adorable, réactif et hyperponctuel. A recommander

Séjour aux brimbelles

Nous avons bien profiter du beau volume qu’offre la pièce à vivre, logement spacieux et vraiment agréable pour un séjour en famille et amis. Beau terrain , belle vue , en revanche un des deux frigo doit être en fin de vie , il n’était à peine frais et il faudrait un plus grand pour 20 personnes. D’autre part la deuxième cuisine préciser dans l’annonce n’est pas utilisable , un peu déçu par rapport à cela . Nous gardons un bon souvenir et peut-être à refaire ici pour une prochaine fois.la personne qui a fait visiter l’appartement très agréable et arrangeant ainsi que le propriétaire réactif.

Gut geeignet für Aufenthalte mit mehreren Familien

Wir waren fünf Familien mit insegsamt 9 kleinen Kindern. Das Haus ist gut dafür ausgestattet mit einem grossen Ess- Spielbereich und mehreren Familienzimmern. Tolle Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit, direkt daneben der Wald.Die zwei Zimmer im Keller waren in der Nacht jedoch im Mai sehr kalt (13Grad) in der Nacht (Elektroofen ist zwar vorhanden, hat jedoch etwas verbrannt gerochen..) Zudem hat es im Keller stark nach Schimmel gerochen und mehrere Decken hatten auch Schimmelspuren dran..

Super ruhige Lage am Waldesrand, im Ort gibt es auch einen Supermarkt allerdings würde nur mit dem Auto los.Die schlafzimmer sind ordentlich sowie der große Aufenthaltsraum Küche/Wohnzimmer, mit Spielecke für die Kinder.LG aus Baden

Logement vetuste: Fuite au plafond (toiture détériorée ) Fuite de longue date au chauffe eau: flaque dans la salle de bain, mur et sol détériorés Fuite au robinet du plafond de la salle de bain du sous sol. Für den Preis war die Unterkunft gut. Es hatte alles und vor allem hatte es super viel platz für 20 Leute mit Kindern. Wenn man alles haben möchte (aber auf luxus verzichten kann) und es ein bisschen rustikaler mag. Dan ist die Unterkunft ideal. Besten Dank

Tolle Lage, Toller Aufenthaltsraum, Tolles Haus

Anfahrt gut zu finden. Tolles kleines Haus mit überraschend viel Platz. Jedoch sind die Zimmer echt klein und nur zum Schlafen gedacht. Man hält sich hauptsächlich in dem großen Raum oben auf oder eben bei schönem Wetter draußen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben mit einem 20 ltr Topf kochen können. Zudem konnte man in der Küche mit etwas Vorbereitung ziemlich schnell 20 Personen versorgen. Es ist empfehlenswert, noch etwas Küchenausstattung mitzubringen, damit auch mehrere gleichzeitig arbeiten können. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen, gute Lage, gute Anbindung an Cornimont, 2 Supermärkte in der Nähe und wer etwas planen kann, kann in der Küche tolle Sachen zaubern. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Gîte convivial

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end avec famille et amis dans ce gîte. La pièce principal est vraiment un plus, avec accès direct à une terrasse très sympa. Les équipements sont bien dimensionnés pour 18/20 personnes, à l'exception des frigos qu'il a fallu optimiser pour faire rentrer nourriture, gâteaux, boissons... Merci au propriétaire et au gardien et sa femme sur place, tous très arrangeants. Nous recommandons sans réserve ce gîte aux prochains voyageurs.

Kurzurlaub

Wir waren mit 22 Leuten in dem Haus und haben es sehr genossen, da es einen riesigen Aufenthaltsraum mit Schaukel und Kamin hat und eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne gibt. Die Küche könnte üppiger ausgestattet sein, es fehlt an Besteck und Geschirr, aber sonst ist alles vorhanden. Die untere Wohnung ist sehr kalt, wir wollten aber auch nicht die Elektroheizung anstellen. Das Wandergebiet ist traumhaft schön.
