Séjour au calme et au confort

La maison est parfaitement équipée avec une piscine au sel très agréable pour se baigner à longueur de journée, nous en avons bien profité. Deux supermarchés (Supermercat, Lidl) à proximité (5 mn à pied) permettent de couvrir tous les besoins au quotidien (y compris presse et boulangerie). Le quartier est calme, à l'entrée de la Marina, mais un peu loin de la plage pour celui qui veut y aller à pied (compter 30 bonnes minutes). Heureusement nous avions nos vélos. Nous avons pu profiter aussi de plusieurs activités en proximité : tennis à pied, en voiture pour padel, golf, Roses et Cadaquès. Seul petit bémol : la clim fonctionne bien mais dessert essentiellement le salon et la 3ème chambre n'en profite pas du tout.

Excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison très bien équipée avec piscine qui a fait le bonheur de tous . Quartier calme, Plage de la Rubina à quelques minutes en voiture . C’était parfait

Las fotos que aparecían en Booking se ajustaban a la realidad, porque la mayoría de las veces no es asi. En general , en tema wifi o canales televisivos que para la mayoría de la gente es un problema (aunque yo personalmente lo agradeciera)

Belle maison de vacances.

Nous avons apprécié cette maison de vacances. Refaite à neuf, très confortable. Grande terrasse, et barbebue pour vos repas. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Nous allons tous les jours à la plage de la Rubina que nous avons adoré. Merci Grego et Lola pour vos conseils, nous avons essayé tous les restaurants, à bientôt, j'espère

Jolie semaine dans cette villa bien équipée et très propre. Empuriabrava est une belle station ou vous pouvez profiter de beaucoup d'activités. Les plages sont merveilleuses et très bien entrentenue. Merci encore pour ces vacances.

Très belle location

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette villa tout de plain pied. La description ainsi que sa situation sont précises. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié, le patio, où nous faisons nos repas, et les enfants pouvaient jouer en toute tranquilité. Cette villa est très bien entretenue et propre, la cuisine et les salles de bain sont neuves et très bien équipés. Il ne manque de rien. je recommande vivement aux familles, groupe d'amis. Je tiens à féliciter l'agence pour leur gentillesse, et leurs conseils le jour de notre entrée. Nous reviendrons.

Schöne Terrasse

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Das Wohnzimmer war ausreichend groß, allerdings war das dritte Schlafzimmer und dessen Bad im separaten Hausteil viel zu klein. Was wir sehr schlecht fanden, war der dort fehlende Kleiderschrank. Das Bad hatte die Größe einer Toilette. Prima war der zweite Kühlschrank in der Garage. Die geflieste Terrasse war super für die Kinder. Dort konnten sie Roller fahren und auch mal unbeaufsichtigt spielen.

Maison bien équipée - Quartier calme

Intérieur rénové récemment, cuisine fonctionnelle avec beaucoup de vaisselle, très jolie salle d'eau avec douche. Le seul bémol se situe au niveau de l'agence immobilière sur place qui ne fournit pas les draps correspondants à la literie (malgré le supplément), à vérifier donc et au niveau de la disponibilité du réseau internet, plus qu'approximatif (alternative : le 4G qui fonctionne très bien....). Au final, très bon séjour.
