Villa of 130m2 in very quiet residential area located 1500m from the beaches and the city center, including:

3 rooms :
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with 1 double bed and sink
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with 1 double bed
- Bedroom 3: bedroom with 1 double bed

- large living room, American kitchen
- 1 bathroom / shower, 1 separate shower in the storeroom
- separate toilet

- large enclosed garden with terrace

Accommodation for 6 people MAXIMUM

- dishwasher
- oven
- microwave oven
- induction hob
- coffee maker
- toaster
- fridge
- freezer

Outdoor equipment:
Swing, slide, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers

Baby equipment:
Cot, high chair, booster seat, baby bath, changing mat

Special conditions:
- ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED
- parties / events not allowed
- No smoking in the house
- use of the chimney prohibited
- unauthorized temporary landscaping (tent, swimming pool, camper, caravan...)

- An inventory and inventory will be made at the entrance and exit (the deposit check will be returned a week later by mail if all is satisfactory).
- The house must be returned perfectly clean, in case the household requires rework, you will be charged a sum ranging from 50 to 100Eur deducted from the deposit (depending on the state and time spent).

- The linen is not provided but proposed at the following rate:
- linen rental: 15 € per set (double bed)
- rental of towels: 10 € (1 towel + 1 bath towel)
