The Spanish Springs (to the north) and Brownwood Paddock (to the south) Squares are both about a 20 minute golf cart ride away.

Plus if you have other guests coming and overflowing your home, you are essentially a 2 minute walk to The Waterfront Inn (only the nicest hotel in all of The Villages).

You enter the home into the bright neutral colored living areas. The great room is divided into both the living room and the dining room. The living room has a large screen smart HDTV and ample seating. This opens up to the outside screened-in lanai with cozy seating for your morning coffee or just sitting back with the newspaper or a good book. The dining room has a beautiful old-world table with 2 cushioned chairs and a bench seat which provides plenty of seating for you and any guests.

A larger slider opens from the dining room to the outdoor patio where you will find a new gas grill and a private large tropical patio with an outdoor table and chairs for sitting, eating or just enjoying some peace and quiet with an afternoon drink. You can also get to this wonderful patio from the lanai.

If you prefer to cook and eat in, light and open best describes the kitchen, with all stainless-steel appliances, and a large open pass-thru that allows you to still have fun with your guests while cooking, or even watch a bit of TV from the kitchen. The fully outfitted kitchen should allow gourmets of all levels to go wild.

The master suite with on-suite bathroom has a king sized bed with a TV to snuggle up for late night movies. A walk-in closet gives you lots of room to unpack.
