This is a darling 2 bedroom /2 bath home, sleeps 7. The house is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood between Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. It is on a deep water canal with direct access to the Gulf, no bridges. Bring your own boat or rent ours, a 24' pontoon boat. We also have two paddle boards and two kayaks included in the house rental. Both excellent for flats fishing... Bikes are also complimentary to enjoy the popular (37 mile) Pinellas trail just a block away.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, its own bath, and a private sitting room. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the living room has a queen pull out couch, and a chair and a half with a pull out twin bed. Pac N Play and High chair also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cook top, full oven, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, beverage cooler and dishwasher.
Washer and dryer included and a large pantry to stock up for your family and guests.
Included is a 65” smart flat screen TV and 5g WIFI. We also have added a portable desk and chair for you to set up to work from home.
Screened in porch and large deck overlook the dock and water view. The Deck include a large gas grill and a Green Egg grill.
The location is close to the Pinellas bike trail and Innisbrook golf resort. Plenty of great restaurants locally.
