All that one could want in a clean home located in a safe neighborhood. A couple of suggestions:
-relocate lock box for ease of entry on arrival
- add throw pillows to couches
Great safe, friendly and established neighborhood, on Boone park, walking distance to Avondale square that offer coffee shop, restaurants and shops. 1 mile from Publix shopping center. 25 minutes to St John shopping center and 40 from beach.
The house has basic necessities and I enjoyed the simplicity of it ( nothing valuable or personal) made it more comfortable. Beds were comfortable, new appliances in kitchen. Hardwood all over, driveway available
Lets not forget the huge TV with surround system that takes your socks off-
John was super responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again
John is a great host. I had no issues at all. You will love the area with great places to eat nearby and a park very close to take walks in. I was by myself, but a great house for a small family. Again, John couldn’t have been more helpful. I actually stayed 2 weeks longer than planned!!
We enjoyed the little house and its layout which was charming and full of light. We wished living room had an armchair ...2 sofas were fun but a bit soft for straight back sitting. Small washer/dryer stack a big hit. Extremely generous w towel supply and quality and beds very comfortable. Neighborhood extremely quiet and safe f evening walking..pretty, too!
Beds were terrible gonna need a chiropractor after sleeping In beds all of them were hard

Eric,
Good morning. I appreciate your taking the time to write a review.
You're correct on the hallway, it small , also keep in mind it an older house. On the Netflix issue, my apologies for you not being able to enjoy a movie. The previous guest must of logged out. For the future, please advise me and I will assist you in logging on to Netflix.
Thanks again,
John
