Lovely location, a short walk from Binic's harbour, and the host kindly let me check in early and was responsive. Unfortunately I had to leave on the day I arrived.I have asthma, and the whole property had a very strong chemical fragrance, in the bedding, curtains and sofa, that no amount of opening windows and doors would clear. After several hours inside I had an asthma attack, with headache, nausea, dizziness and eye swelling, and I had to leave. My symptoms stopped once I was out.The host told me she only uses a scented disinfectant cleaner and vinegar, but the smell was in the fabrics throughout the house, not just on surfaces. This may suit guests who aren't sensitive to fragrance, and the listing does welcome pets. But anyone with asthma, allergies or chemical sensitivities should ask the host exactly which products are used before booking.

Unser Urlaub in Binic-Étables-sur-Mer
