Manau is a charming cottage situated on the territory of Beaumont, a 13th century bastide. In the heart of Lomagne, famous for its sunny climate and italianate landscape, it offers an ideal setting for relaxing holidays.

Built atop a wooded hill, the house opens onto a park and an orchard. It has been renovated with care, and offers comfortable living space. Romantic hearts will enjoy outside dining under the dovecote. You will enjoy a refreshing dip in the 12mx6m swimming pool on hot afternoons and why not also a good game of ping pong in the playroom?

THE HOUSE
The cottage is situated in a former farmhouse which has been completely renovated over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable kitchen/dining room of 40 m2, a living room of 30 m2 as well as a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and two shower rooms/WC are at your disposal. The bedrooms are equipped with king size or twin beds.

On the ground floor, the kitchen and the living room open directly onto the garden. It is possible to have lunch under the arches of the dovecote in the middle of the orchard.

THE SURROUNDINGS
Located on top of a hill in a dominant position, the house nestles in the greenery, overlooking a park planted with century old trees and an orchard.

You will rise to the singing of the wood birds. The deer frequently visit the orchard; and a barn owl has elected domicile in dependencies.
