On the first floor: a bathroom, three bedrooms, a separate toilet, and air conditioning.

💳 Security deposit: €700 (not cashed, returned after your stay)

We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests.

If the cleaning is not done properly, a "double cleaning" fee of €400 may be deducted from your security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the property 🙏
